In my conversations with Champion staff and installers I said I would not recommend Champion Windows to anyone. I feel like I have been ripped off. As an older female widow, I think people take advantage of me.

We have had a wonderful experience with Champion, for our windows needs. From the polite informed salesperson, to the hardworking, kind installation person! Both of which were particularly impressive with their professionalism, hard work, and kind manner! Highly recommend!

We would recommend Champion because of their professionalism. The process was relatively stress free thanks to our salesperson Brock Johnson. He responded promptly to our calls or texts, and he handled all our concerns, unlike other salespersons that we have dealt with. Additionally, our project was completed earlier than originally estimated, and we are pleased with the finished project. Brock is a five star employee, and Champion made an excellent decision to let him represent them.

The process and people were fantastic from start to finish - could not have. Been better !! The product quality exceeds our expectations. And the installation was extremely well done

We have been happy with most aspects of the sunroom. We are enjoying it and it adds a lot of enjoyment to the house. However, there are a few minor issues. At least 2 of the windows have dirt in between the panes of glass, so they will need to be replaced. A couple of the screens had small tears or imperfections that are scheduled to be replaced. But these issues, and a couple that have already been fixed, are all things that Champion either has or will correct, so that is a real plus.

The glass door looks great from the street and is high quality.

They are liars. They deceive people and don't do the job that they say they are going to do.

The installation crew did a horrible job removing my old windows. They damaged the drywall on 2 windows and broke a window sill on one window. The installation of the new windows was sub par. I’ve had to redo the caulking because of gaps and the overall look is not esthetically pleasing. They look cheap and for the price I paid it should look a lot better than it does. I was not given the opportunity to go over the finished product before the crew left because they left abruptly. There was trash left in my backyard from the installation and the windows weren’t even cleaned. They left an orange foam on several of the windows as well as on the siding of the house. Someone can out to look at the damage in June and here it is late Aug and no one has come back to repair the issues. I’m incredibly upset and dissatisfied!! We have 11 more windows to replace and we will NOT be using Champion Windows!!! There should be a checklist of items to be completed before leaving a job, as well as pictures taken to be submitted to the supervisor for approval. That would help with quality control. I don’t feel like the installers cared about my home or the product they were installing.

Huge difference on humidity in house

It took almost a year to get my window installed twice you sent the wrong windows yet there was ZERO sense of urgency on your side. Local contact Mike was great corporate did nothing

The installer's truck still had "Renewal by Anderson" glue residue on the sides. He said he used to work for them. After my experience, I can see why he doesn't any more.
After my 9' sliding patio door was in the door frame, the main guy put his tools back on the truck, while his son (helper) was installing outside trim.
I found the sliding door was extremely difficult to slide, and I had to point it out to the installer. After getting his tools back from the truck, he got it better.
Then, I had to point out sweaty body and hand prints on all 3 panels. Once again, he had to get the cleaner and rag only from my suggestion.
They quickly left, then I went outside and noticed both of the side trims were scored to the metal with a utility knife. Of course, right in the middle...

These windows were high-quality windows. They exceeded my expectations.
