the people that we dealt with were very good at their jobs. everything was clean and it didn't take them long to install the windows. we are very happy with our choice !!

as far as recommending Champion for the window performance. I would not rate that at this time. I have only had this product in my home for about a week at the time of this review so I have not experienced any "cost savings" as of yet. I think to review the product and if there is a return on my significant investment would require a few of months to see how the windows look and wear over the next few months and also if I see any cost reductions in the utility bills

We now have a beautiful, efficient picture window. The workers were able to prepare the opening and install the window sections less than three hours. We were pleased with the whole process from ordering to installation.

It started out alitle rough but it ended great! The whole process went well except for the time period from ordering them to getting them but the delay was because new technology was being installed at the factory where they were made. That would only make the future windows to be made even better & hopefully faster. The process took alittle while but I love my new windows!!!!!!! I will definitely use Champions again & I recommend them to anyone who needs windows, siding, or a sunroom!!!!!

I would not recommend Champion Windows because of the time it took to receive the windows and I reached out to Customer Service several times and was told they would call me back and never received a call back.

Have concerns about one window

The windows appear to be as advertised. Since I have had them less than a month it's hard to say at this time f they are going to help cut back utility costs. The installation looks very solid and the installation crew did a very thorough and professional job.

You are great at your work. Your Installers are nice Kind clean up about themselves very good and are they're fun to be around. That means a lot to the person who's having they're workdone., they cost a lot. Yes, but you stand behind.your product and that means alot part of my windows I have had house have been in there 25 years, at least. And you've stood by those. I have had pains that leaks. You come measure it and you fix it. Thank you.

Overall, I had a great experience with Champion Windows. The process was very easy, smooth, and professional. There was great communication and flexibility when scheduling the install and the installation crew did a fantastic job. The windows are beautiful and appear to be top quality; they definitely upgrade the aesthetics and efficiency of a home.

Lots of confusion and lack of communication

Bad experience with office staff scheduling makes me very reluctant to recommend champion as first choice, especially considering how expensive these windows are, and their propensity to develop condensation.

I would recommend Champion if you want good quality material, installed properly and warranted. Go Champion!

Very professional

This process took almost 7 months with 3 pricing and contract changes

The installation crew did their job quickly. However, 1 window came from the factory broke & the center window on my triple slide, which looks out the front of my house, was broken by an installer. I paid in full on April 3, installation was May 3 & I have been looking at my front yard through a broken window with tape all over it ever since! I'm beyond frustrated!!!

The product is great, but the price was high. Champion caused a lot of confusion while scheduling the measurements. Then, after two measurements, the windows didn't easily fit when the installers arrived. They had such a hard time installing the mis-sized windows that they were here from 9 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. I didn't expect or plan for the inconvenience of an all day install. The installers were here so long and looking at a 2 hour drive home that I felt bad for them. So in the final walk through, when I noticed the sticker glue, your installer said I'd just have to scrap it off myself. I'm sure if not for the long install, your excellent installers would have left the new windows clear of sticker glue. They you nagged me for feedback. I was so upset by the process that I tried to ignore the requests. When I finally gave in and told Champion about the glue on the windows. The only solution offered was for you to schedule another appointment to have someone come and clean them. After the appointment mess for the measurements, I saw that solution as more trouble than it was worth and resigned myself to buying goof-off (on top of the already expensive windows) and clean them myself. So I hauled my stoke-damaged body onto a stepping stool and finished your job for you.

This process made the decision easy to choose Champion.

The product (window) is great, but everything associated with getting the product is greatly underwhelming. From ordering, shipping and installation, there were massive delays and multiple inquiries that were ignored repeatedly. It took 37 weeks to complete a job that I was told would take 20-26 weeks. Then the installation crew did a good job, except for one issue and then no showed when they were scheduled to fix it. Supremely underwhelmed overall with Champion service. Their product is good, but all other discombobulated business functions around that good product make it a moot point.

Champion products are excellent quality.

No question, I will give Champion in Lexington my highest recommendation to anyone who is looking to replace their windows!

They installed my sunroom 2 months before scheduled time which I was delighted. Jason and his helper always cleaned up their mess left everything neat and worked persistently until the job was done which was 4 days. Remarkable work I am very pleased.

The worst experience I've ever had! I was promised 10 weeks max to get windows. It took 30 weeks. I was promised premium windows. Not even close! Vinyl welds that keep the screens from fully closing. There was no insulation around the frames and just a small line of foam along the outside of the frame. I was promised all rotted wood in the frames would be replaced. That was a lie as one of the missing sills was not replaced. I called multiple times asking where my windows were, but never got a single damned call back. What good is the lifetime warranty if the company ignores customers? Nothing!

Our job is still not done almost a month later. The work that was done is not good.

It will take me a couple of months to see how it affects my electric bill before I can truly recommend.
