I have already shared with others that the quality of the product is excellent. The windows are beautiful and greatly improve the look of the house. The Champion Windows salesman and installers are professional and quick to reply to questions.
Jesse and his team did an outstanding job on installing our window project. They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Salesman Made promises that were not kept final approval was made by the salesman not me the customer.
Install was good except we realized our security sensor was removed and not replaced. The installer should have communicated to us and asked if we would like to keep the sensor. While we acknowledge it is not his position to be a security specialist, he did not say anything to us about it. The next day we realized all the glass had glue or caulk all over it. This was VERY difficult to clean. It is not unreasonable to expect a clean product when spending thousands of dollars on a door. This was disappointing and frustrating. We paid for rain glass for privacy but the outer pane is clear glass. This was NOT explained to us prior to purchase.
I have recommended CW, but my continuing to do so depends on how promptly the cracked window is replaced. I realize it could take up to 3 months to get here.
They didn't finish the job yet was calling it complete if I hadn't mention about wrapping up the exterior wood portion casing around window.
I’m undecided on this until our sliding glass door is corrected. The one sent opened from the wrong side and another had to be ordered. 12-14 week delivery??? Seems should be expedited. 🤨
Also, one window missing a screen!
You have not completed installation that began in April. One window arrived damaged and has yet to be replaced.
The crew was very professional and courteous and met or exceeded all my expectations.
It worked for what I needed. Less than impressed with the local operations group. Salesperson was good.

The sales presentation was very informative and used lots of props designed to showcase the product. The product installation was early and this large project was completed in 5 hours. Impressive.
We had a great experience from beginning to end for the most part. The arrival time had a bump, but nothing major. Installation was great, even for one person to do nine windows. Heat wave was a challenge but he stayed focused and driven to stay professional and finished in one day.
Everyone has been friendly but I have found several problems since they have been installed.
They would be my lowest recommendation due to the pricing and timeframe. Other than that, everything was good.
I cant recommend someone whose installation team youu would have to check behind. By check behind I mean, take off the flashing before its secured and find rotten wood that is being covered up.
Missing screen, window leaking and now a cracked window.
The man that put the door in, Al, has been to my house many times. He is very good and is very conscientious. Nothing he has ever done has been less than perfect work.
I definitely would refer Champion to my friends and anyone else that needed a roof added to their home.

The people who came and did the work did a great job! The salesman who came was unprofessional.

I had issues that were not commiserate with the price paid for quality.
I am having a lot of issues right now with Champion. The windows they installed are very good. I have no complaints about those, but I have seven windows across the front of my house, and they only installed six.
When I questioned this, I was told that the contract called for six. This was misleading because I was under the impression that I was getting all the windows across the front of my house because I wanted them all to look the same.
I've had trouble talking with my salesperson. I feel like I've been totally misled. I did sign the contract, but we discussed putting a different type of window in the living room.
The two living room windows should have been replaced with one single window. When they came out to install it, they didn't have that information, so they installed double windows, which counted as two windows, leaving me missing one window in the front of the house.
The salesman knows that's what we discussed. He was going through some personal issues when I tried to get in touch with him the first time, and could not come sit down with me to discuss it.
He sent me an addendum to the contract, which I let him know I couldn't read on my phone and asked for a hard copy or for him to come over and bring it to discuss what happened here.
I had ionized windows and I wanted white, so now I've got one dark window with the dark grid and the rest are white. I told him I was very dissatisfied, and we needed to straighten it out. He said I would have to buy a new window that would be full price.
I was on a promotion, which was buy one and get the second for 50% off. “By me having to replace the one window myself, out of my own pocketbook, I am going to have to pay full price,” he says.
I feel it was his fault. He and I discussed what we were going to do, but he did not include that living room window as one window when he wrote up the contract. On the contract, it says two windows, so I don't know which way to go.
I have talked with Champion in Warner Robins, and they were not of much help. They just said it was in the contract. I am totally misled and so disappointed because I have a sun room that Champion built about five or six years ago, which is perfect. That is the reason I went back to Champion for my work, and now this has happened. I don't know how to solve it. I just know I am totally unhappy, and I just don't feel like it was my fault.
When I called GreenSky, they were going to talk to a resolution board to see if they could work with Champion, but I don't have the results of that. I don't know what is going on. I need someone to make an effort to help me out because I feel like I was taken advantage of by him. I have not been able to get in touch with him since. He won't call me, he hasn't been out, and I don't even know if he is even with the company anymore.
I am totally frustrated and don't know what to do next. I can go to the Better Business Bureau and talk with them, but I don't know what I am going to do about my window.
I am not trying to take any grievance against the company itself. I feel like the salesman completely disregarded what we discussed. I was expecting to see all my windows the same color and everything, but the installer said he only had six windows. He said to let him go back and talk with Champion, and I've gotten no results, period, and now I am not hearing from anybody.
I guess people should know and question the salesperson. I don't really know what I could have done; I go back through it every day. I had trust and belief in him and in Champion, and it has just not worked out.

I had some expensive blinds that were not put back up. They took the blinds down, but did not put them back up. Now I have to find someone to put them back up.
