We were stunned that the actual measurements for all of our windows were incorrect. They were able to install most of the windows that were too large by removing wood form our house, we were told that the wood would be replaced with new wood, however in some windows it looks like it was replaced with a plastic material. I now fear that if something could fall on the window ledge and crack or break it. We are waiting for the (2) windows that could not be installed (due to the surrounding area being brick) to come in, sometime in January. We will have to wait the additional 4 - 5 weeks and then tear the room apart again so they can be installed. The manager who came out to help us was very prompt and did come up with a solution, but I am disappointed we had this issue in the first place and am not quite happy with the solution as we had to modify our house to meet your incorrectly measured window. How can a company who has been doing this for so many years make a mistake like that? The sales people and the other staff who came out to measure the windows both measured form the outside, while the installers measured form the inside, big difference apparently,

While it looks nice, it doesn’t even open enough to allow people to walk straight in. We kind of have to turn sideways. I thought they were supposed to remove the frame and the sides to allow extra space for the door. Not the case. I won’t recommend.

The salespeople demonstrated the quality of the product. All timelines were correct and adhered to. Installation was a single day. These windows and doors are an amazing upgrade to our home.

The sales person was very short with me when I called to question something while my windows were being installed.

It is apparent that she only wanted a sale and doesn’t care about anything else. Only nice at the beginning until the windows are here and she gets her money. Bad business!!!!

I didn’t give 5 stars because of the cost of the product. Also didn’t appreciate the pricing game of giving so many different discounts etc. it’s like dealing with a car salesman. It would be better if you just had your best price and stuck with it.

James Parrish was extremely professional and someone I would recommend. However, the installation of the windows and the condition of my home and windows AFTER installation was very disappointing and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Project NOT DONE , with no communication about when it will be done correctly...yet Championhas been paid in full!! BIG PROBLEM! UNACCEPTABLE!

Most people are willing to pay for quality product, so I’ll leave the pricing out of the comments. About 20 years ago, we purchased Champion windows for all but three windows in our house. We recently decided to replace the three windows. Champion met their deadlines and the installation was quick and easy with no problems.
