Good job on windows

I will recommend champ and wonders to anybody I have need work. I had no problem and everything is well done

While it looks nice, it doesn’t even open enough to allow people to walk straight in. We kind of have to turn sideways. I thought they were supposed to remove the frame and the sides to allow extra space for the door. Not the case. I won’t recommend.

The salespeople demonstrated the quality of the product. All timelines were correct and adhered to. Installation was a single day. These windows and doors are an amazing upgrade to our home.

The sales person was very short with me when I called to question something while my windows were being installed.

It is apparent that she only wanted a sale and doesn’t care about anything else. Only nice at the beginning until the windows are here and she gets her money. Bad business!!!!

I didn’t give 5 stars because of the cost of the product. Also didn’t appreciate the pricing game of giving so many different discounts etc. it’s like dealing with a car salesman. It would be better if you just had your best price and stuck with it.

James Parrish was extremely professional and someone I would recommend. However, the installation of the windows and the condition of my home and windows AFTER installation was very disappointing and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Project NOT DONE , with no communication about when it will be done correctly...yet Championhas been paid in full!! BIG PROBLEM! UNACCEPTABLE!

Most people are willing to pay for quality product, so I’ll leave the pricing out of the comments. About 20 years ago, we purchased Champion windows for all but three windows in our house. We recently decided to replace the three windows. Champion met their deadlines and the installation was quick and easy with no problems.

The team was great!

Salespeople were right on time with an excellent presentation, samples and demonstrations comparing their products to leading competitors. Installation crew on time and covered all furniture and cabinetry in plastic sheeting, as I had requested. Removed six old windows and installed new ones all in one day. Cleaned work areas inside and out thoroughly. I’m picky! I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

Very professional with the whole process

If you need a screened in porch this the group to go with. Professional and very fair pricing. Workmanship is excellent and done quickly but not rushed. Would highly recommend this team and will come back to them with any projects they can help me with.

Best decision we’ve made

I realize the project completed for our home is not what is typically advertised by Champion, but they are proficient in soffit replacement and the materials are amazing. They are reliable and friendly if we ever need window or siding replacements this is who we would go with.

Champion did a great job installing siding on my SheShed. The siding made it look so much nicer. I love it.😍

Window World offer us all 10 windows for a little over $10,000. We went with y’all because I heard from other past customers that the windows would help tremendously with the noise. These new windows actually made it worse and my dog is terrified of rain (yes just rain). I have yet to get a nights sleep with these windows when it just rains. That was a huge selling point for me. Other thing is the trim outside the house looks cheaply made. All I can do is pray the energy efficiency of the windows makes up for the rest.

I would recommend the sales manager, but not the other people.

We like the windows! We have had them for a week and half now, and everything seems to work fine.

I've select Champion Windows twice because I was so impressed with the quality & workmanship the first time. Expensive but in the long run I think well worth the extra money.

I spoke to the supervisor, Gabe, and asked if I can speak to the regional manager. He told me, "I am not allowed to give his number out." I told him to have him give me a call. They gave me poor customer service by not responding to my call. I feel like he could have given him my number. Right is, wrong is wrong.

Champion Windows of Memphis was very professional. They were on point and kind.

I am strongly dissatisfied. I was told that when they put my windows in they would be framed out, but it wasn't. From the outside, the windows fine, but not the inside. I spent $10,000 for seven windows, and they don't look right. When we purchased the windows, my son asked him what they would look like, but all my windows are bare on the inside. I have to pay someone to finish them out. They told me it would save money on my utilities, but how long would it take to save $10,000. They took advantage of an old woman. I would not recommend them because they have to do a lot of work. They are nice windows, but until they finish out, it won't be nice.

Everything is fine. They did a great job. We are very happy!

I am likely to recommend Champion Windows of Memphis because I love the windows, they're great.

My salesperson was very professional. The demonstration in comparing the windows to what I needed was understandable, and I appreciate that. The installers did a great job of demonstrating how to use them.

As a repeat customer, I like Champion products. I have no problem referring the company to friends and family.

The windows are great. The installers were nice. Took ever 6 months to complete the project with very little communication. I was the one that had to follow up each time. I have asked for a supervisor to call me several times and I have not gotten a call.

I would not recommend Champion because they do not honor their word. I was told that the person who referred me to Champion would get a $200 referral fee and I informed this person of such. However, the person who referred me has not gotten the referral fee even after contacting Davis Hesdorffer twice. This made me seen like a liar and I do not appreciate it.

Champion Windows was timely in getting the windows in and getting them installed. I am very satisfied.

I am not likely to recommend Champion Windows because they have very poor customer service and the manufacturing issue was not resolved until 11 months after the order was placed.

The experience was wonderful both times that we used them.

Their customer service is great, but they are poor communicators as far as install dates and communicating about delays. The product was good, but the process was not great.
