It has been 7 months installed and still not completed. No excuse for this.

Your product appears to be very well made, but your sales tactics are terrible!

I feel that l paid WAY too much for what l got!

Our decision to go with Champion Windows was made without any 'comparison shopping'. But that decision has proven to be a sound one, after the company's products and policies were presented and explained to us. I am confident that we have made a good purchase and that these windows will last well beyond our own residency in this house.

Customer service is a disaster. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. Long wait times for products. Installation is average.

Overall, a good company worth looking into and comparing to other window vendor products.

Nails not the same color of metal installed. Inside trim cheap peeled away or just fell off. Installation crew had to redo some trim twice and a day later still peeled away. Some of the concrete layer around windows cracked away. I have pictures. Windows themselves look of good quality.

While it took three tries to get a valid signed contract, the first set of windows came in incorrectly. However, knowing this, they were installed anyway, and a new set were ordered. The first set took a month to receive, the second set took three additional months. The new panes have been installed, but two of the new glass panes were installed backwards, and the third was installed upside down. This has not been a pleasant experience.

Our experience was a nightmare! Only had 3 windows replaced and each window had issues. Installers had to be corrected for each. First window was not put in level and very noticeable from the inside, had to make installer look at it from the inside to show him or it would not have been corrected. Bay window was not put in correctly as there was a half inch gap on the inside between the wall and the inside trim wood. We had to have installer come back inside and show him so he could correct that issue. The installers didn't know how to fix the gap in the stone underneath the bay window and had to call the supervisor for an answer. The bay window was also supposed to have a new awning overhang with a metal roof which did not happen. Also the outside trim on those two windows had to be corrected. The third window was an awning bedroom window and the installers caulked it shut from the outside so it would not open. On top of all of this, the screens for the bay window and the awning window had to be remade three times as they did not fit properly. We still are not totally thrilled with the fit and they are very flimsy. All in all, these windows were a big disappointment as the quality sucks. Are old windows were a much better quality. We were disappointed with the way the company handled the end cost. We were reimbursed for the bay awning, but nothing else as we requested or they would not honor the warranty. All in all, poor customer service, poor quality, and poor installation.

The sunroof was completed a week ago and we are using it every day. Things went as smoothly as I could have hoped.

I'm very impressed with the quality of the room, the work done, and how efficiently it was done. Finished room looks amazing.

Highly recommend Champion for their expertise and customer service. I am very happy with our 4 season sunroom.

I purchased four windows, and they are all damaged, scuffed, or the wrong kind of glass. With respect to the installation of the windows, there were stains on the vinyl. I ordered white vinyl and they are a black stain. I don't know if it was a transport issue from my installer, but they are all dinged and scuffed. They said it was not that bad, but I paid $2,000. They said to try some bleach water.

Zack and Leo were very respectful of our home.

Overall Just not what I expected

Everything has been fat and professional. There is a small chip in one of the inside frames and they practically insisted on replacing it, they certainly stand by thier warranty where some companies look for any excuse to deny a claim.

They are Very Friendly, Helpful and professional!! And Do wonderful installations!

I did a lot of research of window companies before choosing Champion and they confirmed I made the best choice!

Good initial service. Uncertain of ongoing quality due to installation and manufacturing defects.

After contracting to have our window job done it took almost four months to get a return phone call after leaving six messages with the salesman that sold me and my wife the windows. After finally getting in contact with the new regional sales manager we learned the financing paperwork was messed up and the final price would be $3,000 more then what we were promised to be approved for. After getting that all sorted out and getting the windows installed the crew that did the job didn't clean anything up: there were numerous nails and screws left on the floor, most of witch were in our 1yr old's bedroom. Wood and broken glass was left outside. There are still screws and calk tips on our roof I am unable to get to at the moment. And, after install, we learned that you as a company don't make the sized windows we needed. Two of our front facing windows are 6" smaller in width from our original windows and are now filled in with scrap wood as trim around the window. We were promised everything would ne made to spec custom fit to size and only after install did we find out that was a lie and we now have approximately one-foot less glass then originally. All this being said doesn't even cover the quality of the windows. There is access glue around the frame on the glass. None of the plastic was cleaned up and has overlap. The drainage holes weren't punched out and water was sitting in the sill till I had to cut them out myself. The screens weren't trimmed down and have +2-3" threads and looses ends on the corners as well as the screens not being able to close all the way on most of the windows. And none of the window locks were properly attached and I had to go and tighten and re-set almost all of them myself after install. This is hands down the worst experience I have ever been apart of and I have no idea how your company is still operating. I will NEVER be contracting your company again, nor will I ever recommend you to a friend. I would expect to get better quality in product from Medard's and obviously your quality control doesn't exist. If I could give less then a one-star review i would. EXTREAMLY disappointed!

The price was reasonable and seems like some really good quality for the price. We've noticed a difference in helping to keep the room cooler on hot summer days.

Champion Windows of Milwaukee was quick to follow up and respond. They were quick to schedule. Overall, it was a very professional job.

The Champion team communicated with us at every step of the project: factory completion, arrival at local warehouse, confirming installation date.

We never had to contact them to learn the status of the project.

Installation was not good, had to have someone come back out and they have been there 5 times and it is still not correct. I have already told friends that were looking for windows, Do Not Use Champion!

I have had some bad run-ins. The installation guy was wonderful. He did a fabulous job. Unbelievably hard worker. Crispen, the salesman, I loved him. He is the one that finally got my bow window replaced. Nobody else would listen to me. I am kind of torn. I know I am probably not going to say they are the best windows, they are good windows and I love the guarantee, but I have had some really crappy service from them. I am thinking they are working things out because it was a much nicer go-around this time.

I would recommend they get an estimate for sure.

Champion has a Lifetime Warranty and this is one of the main reasons we went with them when we originally replaced all our windows in our home 20 years ago. I will say that that installation crew was unprofessional and not knowledgeable about installation..I did write many letters to Champion regarding this. Now 20 years later this installation crew was professional and knowledgeable on how to install our new windows.

Over the years, we have purchased our windows and now siding from Champion. Have been very happy with the outcome of both projects.

The quality of the product is good, but the service could be slightly better.
