They have terrible customer service and do not return calls...that is, if you can even find a phone number to talk to a real person at the company. They do not follow through on delivery dates or promises. HOrRIBLE experience with this company!!!

All went very smooth and everyone was amazing to work with.

The whole goal of changing our patio door was to expand the opening to enjoy the backyard view, upgrade energy efficiency and increase security through the locking mechanism. We thought we were sold what we wanted but found out at installation that the patio door was not as expected. It wasn't the installation crew's fault as they were installing what was provided to them.

The windows look great, and are easy to use and clean. The staff with Champion were great to work with, from our salesperson, to the office staff, and the installation crew.

I would definitely recommend that those in the market for new windows give Champion a look.

Installation was great! The sales person lied and told me blinds were available in a sliding when they were not. The measurements were wrong and my windows and doors needed to be reordered.

Easy to schedule from consultation to install - 3 windows replaced within 4 weeks start to finish

The installation has been fraught with errors. First day of implementation was canceled by Champion at the last minute (the day of installation) and rescheduled for a later day. Installer was late on the rescheduled day and was not able to complete the installation with the planned period of 2 days. Installer came back the next week and discovered he did not have all the pieces needed to complete the installation. The piece had to be ordered and is now under a 7 to 10 day delay. The installation should have been completed 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting.

If you just need new windows and you're not detail-oriented Champion is probably fine.

Great salesperson. Shorter than expected wait time. Good installers. Product seems to be excellent quality.

I would recommend Champion Windows. They had a couple of problems with installation and resolved them quickly. All companies can make a mistake but how they respond is the measure to me.

From the demo to the installation everything went very smooth. Lots of communication throughout the process.

Definitely not….Multiple delays - wrong color, wrong size and installer not equipped . Absolute worst experience.

A headache from the beginning

This was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. The people that work for this company are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and clueless. If I were the owner of this company, I would be very unhappy at the performance of the employees running this business.

Trouble with installation scheduling. Windows don’t work properly, they’re extremely hard to open and close. One window was damaged and still waiting more than 3 months to get a new window install.

I would recommend Champion to anyone with one caveat. Production time takes an excessive amount of time. However, I liked the fact that Champion is their own representative from beginning to end. No middle man.

Took 5 months to install windows due to quality control issues such as wrong measurements and wrong colors.

From the first contact on the phone to the final walkthrough with the installation crew, this was a fantastic experience. I was nervous about going with a national company but Champion Windows has put together a fantastic team backed by an excellent business plan. They did everything they said they would and went far beyond my expectations. I wish all of my remodeling experiences go that well.

I have had an extremely poor experience from A to Z. The doors were NOT properly installed. First crew left a big mess and when I asked them to clean up, they made me feel like I was asking for too much. Every time I walk by the doors, I shudder with cold because they have not been properly sealed.

I was disappointed that they took out the old window and just inserted the new one in the existing frame. I was not told about that.

They made it mostly right in the end. It will end up being a nice space, but the process to get there was not fun, and I would likely go with a custom builder if I ever did it again.

Champion windows could improve by making sure the salesperson and the installers are on the same page.

The company is very good, reliable, and has good workmanship. But the salesman did not represent the company well.

The install crew was the biggest issue. The windows, minus one were good. We had to have one replaced due to a defect in the glass.Nails, old caulk, and debris was left inside and out of the house. There is caulking, new caulk smeared on the bricks outside the windows. Some of the windows were installed improperly and we called champion. They sent back the same guys, 3rd party crew and they had an attitude and the work still doesn't seem right. I ended up caulking the windows, or smoothing out all the rough and ugly caulking jobs. The foam that is to be a barrier around the window wasn't installed completely and I was argued with, even though every installation instruction says the foam is the barrier and needs to fill the gap between the window and the house.The installation experiance will prevent me from ordering from Champion for the rest of the house.

Our electricity bills have doubled since these were installed and we continuously have moisture build up on several windows (and no we don't have a moisture problem in our house) we never had this issue with our almost 30 year windows which we should of kept, they came out after installation and found a few issues that they supposedly fixed but the issue is still there, these windows were not cheap and I am very displeased.

While the windows do look great, we had a multifacet job performed and the thought the value in gong with the company like Champion would be easy, stressfree, and completely managed by them. You dont get what you pay for in that regard but the windows are beautiful.

I have had Champion Windows for 20 years. I have had a few replaced over that time, and they have always done well. I plan to stay here, but if I ever bought new windows, they would be Champion.

The material was excellent quality, they called before they came and were on time, friendly and polite. There was no goofing off they were professional and it was an overall good experience.

Work took three times longer to complete than promised, and they were very poor at sharing their information or returning calls.

The windows are top quality. The Blexar construction crew is AWESOME and we would request them again.

I already have recommended Champion Windows of Nashville to a friend.

A small bump at first but as there was some miscommunication about a window but they worked everything out and it was smooth sailing. The crew did a fabulous job and were humorous. They cleaned up after themselves and managed to get all 12 windows in with out destroying my flower beds.

This is because of the difficulty we had with communication and timeliness.

I'm enjoying the work I received from The Champion Windows of Nashville.
