I am a new homeowner to a little house that needs some fixing up and care. Two windows in particular were in bad shape. From start to finish the salesperson answered questions and helped ease a few concerns. The gentleman that came some days later to take measurements was prompt and direct about what I could expect when it came to a timeline. Sometime later I received notice my windows were finished and ready for installation. An appointment was set and the two men who did the work were professional and left the areas afterward very clean. Overall every person that was part of my window project was easy to communicate with and respectful. My windows are lovely and I will certainly recommend Champion Windows to my coworkers and family.

Overall, very good- we have a couple items we believe will be resolved.

From start to finish, everything has been excellent. Cost was kind of high and wife doesn't care for how the windowsills get wet when it rains.

The entire process was easy. Pick the style of window, pick the color, and let them do the rest! It was awesome that we could get a matching sliding back door with a pet door installed directly in the glass!

The time between initial visit and completion was multiple months despite being told it should be 8-10 weeks. Closer to 4 months. We had issues with initial measurements being wrong and were told it would cost more money. Then we were told it couldn't be done. We decided to cancel. Then we were told we couldn't cancel because they were going to do what the original ask was. Then when they came to install the special ordered glass there was a piece missing and we had to wait to have that special ordered again and come in.

Sales and installation was handled very well from start to finish.

Somehow the requirement details on the work to be performed were not completely communicated to the siding installer and we had to contact the sales person to clarify. Issues were finally resolved and the installation continued.

The products and personnel from Champion Windows of OKC are wonderful. We have Champion windows, front and back exterior doors, patios doors and siding. The warranties are wonderful. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

We have been so pleased with the quality and look of the windows. The process was easy and the windows arrived as scheduled. Installation was efficient and well done.

Was a return customer and, unfortunately, we had a better experience the first time around.

My preliminary experience was fantastic! However, one of the windows was broken the day of the install. The installers told me about it before they even put the window in, and told me they had already reported it, and it would be replaced as soon as they got a new one in. They added a plastic film to keep the large crack in place, which was fine.

That was in November. I waited until after the holidays to even worry about it. I reached out to Gary, my sales rep, on 1/15, and was told he was getting an ETA. It’s now 2/6, and I’ve heard nothing. Unfortunately, it seems to be an indicator that Champion only cares about customer service until they are paid.

The salesman was a very polite & helpful in explaining each step of the process.

Everything went smooth and on time.

Champion and salesperson Greg Christian did what they said and stuck to the schedule. New windows look great and the installation crew did a fantastic job. I am high satisfied with my purchase!

Love my windows!!! It's made a big difference in the way my home stays that the same temperature. Makes my home look so much better, but the temperature is very great. Thank you Champaign Widows!!
