Mark Pruett is truly one of the best people working at Champion.
I would not recommend Champion as we’ve experience multiple problems with the company since being notified that our window was in. I will go into detail as I go through this survey
Sun roof product. I love the product but after a hail storm there is no way to just re- roof. It requires removing the whole roof and a complete do-over.
I’m still undecided as there are many items still needing attention. As long as they are addressed, this may change!
Impact gun was left behind
Finish storm door - missing a bracket to complete the mechanism that holds it open
Front screens changed out - wrong color white for tan
Finish screeen on back door - doesn’t slide easily and doesn’t have a handle installed - handle was left on the kitchen table
Small section of trim on living room window is bubbled
Screw Holes plugged in all windows - I believe I was told there were plugs to finish them off
We love our Champion windows! They made a huge improvement to our house and dressed up the outside style. Our old windows were rotted and wood was falling away along the frames. The new vinyl windows are so sturdy and will not rot like the wood did. The glass panes are more efficient and you could instantly notice a difference in the seal. Definitely keeps the cold out and the warm in during the cold temps. Highly recommend for the quality!

Great service from the sale, purchase, and install.
The scrapes and damage on windows delivered for installation were unacceptable. Local service manager had to spend hours remedying the problems and had to order new sash as well.
Would have been nice if installers could speak English. Had difficulty communicating

Yes, the sales representative was pleasant, but everything thereafter went downhill.
Windows were ordered in May 9th. The installation Mgr Mark called to say the Windows had arrived and would like to scheduled a date for installation. Ken showed up to install (July 11th/12th) the windows. On the second day he informed me that some molding wasn't ordered and that they would have to order it before they could install the last set of windows. He said maybe another 6 weeks. Frustrated, yes I was!
I made numerous attempts to reach Mark, the install Mgr and was ignored. Days, weeks, and months passed and I continued to reach out to Mark. I finally reached out to Mike, the sales rep, he said he would talk to Mark to see what was going on. The following day, Mark called, he explained that he dropped the ball, and apologized repeatedly. He said he wasn't able to reach the company regarding the missing molding. He assured me it would be taken care of. Weeks go by without so much as a peep. Again trying to reach Mark to discuss, nothing, no update, ..nothing from anyone. Late September I made more attempts, and was contemplating hiring an attorney. I decided to call the main office. After explaining this fiasco, she transferred me to the office in Omaha. The lady was very nice and understood my frustration. She looked in the warehouse and discovered the items I've been waiting on, were there. This was last Friday, she said she would have Mark call me Monday Oct 1, the last set of windows were installed on Tuesday.
They left pieces of glass in the grass!
It doesn't appear that new molding (outside) was installed on the half moon window.this particular window is 2 stories up. They said i would need to paint it.
This entire experience was just the worst I've ever experienced.
I'm grateful and yes I would.
Twice now I have bought windows from Champion, the windows have shown up filthy and with streaks of glue on them from the factory both times.

The work is not complete yet. Two windows are still missing the screens that go along.
I am likely to recommend the product, but hesitant to recommend the installation team based on our experience. Champion has been very responsive to installation issues.
The salesman and the installer were fantastic, but whoever works at the store, lost my door for five months that was BS supposedly, they had my name spelled wrong how ridiculous and unprofessional is that!
9siding looks great. From what I can see it was installed correctly
Working with Champion has literally been the absolute worst experience I have ever had. The windows took almost 5 months to get in and get installed, I've been ignored for 2 weeks from my sales person, the sales person's manager and install manager when I was trying to call to get an update, and the installation hours are ridiculous. I had to take off work 3 days to get the install taken care of and it's partly because they work part-time. They would show up between 9 - 9:30 and leave by 4:00 every day.
