While I really like my Champion Windows, this recent experience was definitely not ideal and would make me reconsider if I would use Champion again in the future.

At this point I’m not satisfied. Two pane picture windows were delivered. We ordered 3 pane. This should have been checked before they were loaded in the truck. As it is I caught the error after the windows were installed.

Quoted 10-12 weeks and took 21. One window came broke and have to wait another six weeks till not complete

I spent $20,000 on brand new windows to replace windows that wouldn’t work in my house. The second day of having these windows one of the windows wouldn’t open. The earliest I have been told someone could come out and fix my brand new window that is not working was a month away. It disappointing I spent so much money on new windows to have one not work and it was not made right quicker. I would have made sure that this window was working before leaving and I would also make it right way sooner then a month after getting new windows installed. I will not recommend to another person. The install crew also left garbage and old window screens in my yard that I had to go around and pick up after they left.

Don’t have anyone to recommend at this time

Scheduling has been terrible trying to get 2 window sashes and a sliding glass door screen fixed as they arrived broken or incorrectly ordered. When I called again today they told me they closed the ticket 2 weeks ago without ever contacting me. The replacements were never ordered and there was never any follow up despite my numerous attempts to corporate numbers. Always have to leave a message and someone “may” call you back but never do. It was also “assumed” I wanted half screens on windows that open both ways because my old window that only opened 1 direction had half screens. These windows look like a drive thru window now.

I would recommend except the discrepancy in terms of the cost and I signed for a price and then it changed

Lack of service/communication after the sale

Customer service is terrible. I have issues that need resolved before bigger issues such as rot, infestation of mold become an issue and no one is willing to help with this

The windows are excellent and have a triple pane to help reduce heat and cold transfer. They are very well made, and my installation team was top notch.

Enjoyed working with everyone involved in the process from first visit through the installation.

I’m very happy with my Champion windows they look great and I noticed the difference already with the drafts and the windows themselves keeping the cold out can’t wait for summer I would recommend these windows to anyone

Ordered 2 entry doors in early September, got a notification that they were ready in November, came to install, the garage entry door was fine except they cracked the drywall a little and I will need to fix that,
They went to install other entry door and found it was not made the correct size, so we had to start process over again, so two months later I reached out to find out the status of replacement door, left messages with installation coordinator and salesman, after a couple of days I had to reach out to customer service to relate the above concerns regarding status, she passed on message to local personnel, finally heard back that the door had been received,

Installation was poorly done and getting anyone to return a phone call or attempt to resolve the issue has been an unreasonable amount of work.

Not sure yet, waiting to see how you handle the problem we have already.

I'm very pleased with the windows I had installed by Champion, they were very professional at every step and the final result looks great!

The Champion product is high quality and the warranty is extensive.

The installation tech was courteous and worked hard. The quality of the product, in my opinion, is not good. I requested a call back of which I was told would be within 48 hrs and that hasn’t happened I’ve got some issues that need resolved.

Salesman was knowledgeable, the installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves, and I believe we received a good product for the money.

The difficulty has been the communication structure of this company. Scheduling service has been a nightmare:

We ordered our windows back in May and they weren’t installed until November. The first time they tried to install, they broke the window in the warehouse. Then the next time they came out to install, they sent out the wrong team (the service team). The installation the next day was quick and professional (although they worked until late in the evening), but the screen had a hole in it and we had to put in a maintenance request immediately.

The windows look great. Matt helped me make the right choice and was very friendly and professional. The gentleman who installed the windows in my basement did a nice job and was very courteous. I already see a difference in the warmth and don't hear as much outside noise now.

I would not recommend Champion as we’ve experience multiple problems with the company since being notified that our window was in. I will go into detail as I go through this survey

Sun roof product. I love the product but after a hail storm there is no way to just re- roof. It requires removing the whole roof and a complete do-over.

I’m still undecided as there are many items still needing attention. As long as they are addressed, this may change!

Finish storm door - missing a bracket to complete the mechanism that holds it open
Front screens changed out - wrong color white for tan
Finish screeen on back door - doesn’t slide easily and doesn’t have a handle installed - handle was left on the kitchen table
Small section of trim on living room window is bubbled
Screw Holes plugged in all windows - I believe I was told there were plugs to finish them off

We love our Champion windows! They made a huge improvement to our house and dressed up the outside style. Our old windows were rotted and wood was falling away along the frames. The new vinyl windows are so sturdy and will not rot like the wood did. The glass panes are more efficient and you could instantly notice a difference in the seal. Definitely keeps the cold out and the warm in during the cold temps. Highly recommend for the quality!

The scrapes and damage on windows delivered for installation were unacceptable. Local service manager had to spend hours remedying the problems and had to order new sash as well.

Would have been nice if installers could speak English. Had difficulty communicating

Yes, the sales representative was pleasant, but everything thereafter went downhill.
Windows were ordered in May 9th. The installation Mgr Mark called to say the Windows had arrived and would like to scheduled a date for installation. Ken showed up to install (July 11th/12th) the windows. On the second day he informed me that some molding wasn't ordered and that they would have to order it before they could install the last set of windows. He said maybe another 6 weeks. Frustrated, yes I was!
I made numerous attempts to reach Mark, the install Mgr and was ignored. Days, weeks, and months passed and I continued to reach out to Mark. I finally reached out to Mike, the sales rep, he said he would talk to Mark to see what was going on. The following day, Mark called, he explained that he dropped the ball, and apologized repeatedly. He said he wasn't able to reach the company regarding the missing molding. He assured me it would be taken care of. Weeks go by without so much as a peep. Again trying to reach Mark to discuss, nothing, no update, ..nothing from anyone. Late September I made more attempts, and was contemplating hiring an attorney. I decided to call the main office. After explaining this fiasco, she transferred me to the office in Omaha. The lady was very nice and understood my frustration. She looked in the warehouse and discovered the items I've been waiting on, were there. This was last Friday, she said she would have Mark call me Monday Oct 1, the last set of windows were installed on Tuesday.
They left pieces of glass in the grass!
It doesn't appear that new molding (outside) was installed on the half moon window.this particular window is 2 stories up. They said i would need to paint it.
This entire experience was just the worst I've ever experienced.
