Materials and workmanship are top notch. Champion is irritatingly uncommunicative.

The windows allow rainwater to come into the house and collect in the slider track between the two closed windows. The repair man told me to expect the water, and it was normal. He said that amount of water, when evaporated, is no more than what my tea kettle emits. Slider style windows are "designed to allow water in" and this is what I should expect. Windows are supposed to keep weather out of the house. I would not recommend Champion to anyone because of the shotty engineered windows. These windows are not the champion. The company knows this happens and just tries to gaslight the customers into believing this is normal.

I had windows put upstairs years ago love them had a few replaced and I had great service. I had 3 basement windows installed this year and there was some mess left so I cleaned the windows and all around the area and tried to open one and the handle came off, which I assume the installer knew before leaving it was not right. I called and the gentleman came and checked everything and ordered a part 1/16 smaller and he came today and it turned out to be the same size as the original so we will see if the third time is the one? The man who takes care of problems is a good employee. I feel the quality went down since my first order.

They were very professional, did a great job on the installation, and the clean up was excellent.

Do not use Champion! It took forever for my siding to be installed. I ordered the siding in early May and the siding was installed in late August. The installer told me that the color match sealant was on back order and an installer would apply the sealant once it was available. It's now mid October and the sealant has yet to be applied. Rob Covert, the installation manager, is avoiding my calls and emails regarding the entire process.

I had replacement windows, a roof and new windows installed. The experience for all these transactions, installations, and some minor repair issues with windows was handled with professionalism and in timely fashion.

They adjusted to my schedule and delivered a wonderful product. I LOVE my new windows.

The consultation through the final installation was far better than expected. The consultant heard my needs and designed the right windows for me. I am not a fan of sharing stories about other companies which is what each consultant that I brought to the house did. I told her not to do it and she is the only one who listened!The guys who installed the windows were very professional and did a great job too.

The salesperson, the installer, and the office workers were all very professional. They got the job done.

Champion Windows has excellent quality windows, service, and warranty. Would not consider any other company. We have used them in several previous homes and wouldn't use any other company.

I was sold windows they could not produce , which was the fault of the sales girl who was let go .They did after an amount of time get my windows made and installed so I give them credit for that

The workers were not only professional and efficient but also they were very friendly and outgoing. I was comfortable with them being in my home. Those gentlemen were a pleasure to have in my home that day.

The installers Michael and Leon were exceptional in their skill, their cordiality, and professionalism.

They are a little pricey but the windows are excellent. Our heating bills have been much lower since our install.

The windows are high quality, and the installation was great. They had some problems with workers not showing up at first, but all in all we love the windows.

Not only would I not recommend them, I would recommend people not contact them if they want their windows in a year.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never worked with a company where you felt like no one in the firm either cared enough or was competent enough to get you what you needed and what you had signed up and paid for. I'm astonished that this company is in business. I will be posting on every site I can find my experience with Champion.

Dealing with the office was just a nightmare and also trying to get this completed. I was constantly having to call.

They did an excellent job!

The job was done in a timely manner, but the quality of work was poor. I was quoted one price and told the price wouldn't change. I was the called and told they need another $3090 dollars on top of the almost 20 thousand. It sure doesn't look like a 24 thousand dollar job. The roofer started ripping off the side of my house because he thought the siding was being replaced. Never really fixed it, just patched it. The soffit looks questionable in spots. If i would have known the real price i would have went some where else. What I ended up paying was what other companies quoted me the complete house.

IF they get the wring tinstallt

Do not trust what the salesman is telling you. Very dishonest and only out to see what he can get financial from you. Champion took no ownership for what I was told and promised.

The boys did a really good job when they were here.

They were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so nice to talk to. They did a great job on the installation. There was a mistake on the measurement of a window and they took care of it right away.

Supervise the installation.

I was satisfied with the overall workmanship of the project.

Not with the way the job was handled. We understand it was a difficult job but we were told more than once it could be handled. But not hearing from anyone for weeks on end and then finding out a remeasurement was needed for a third or fourth time is uncalled for.

Outstanding product, people, and workmanship.

This was not the first job Champion did for me. I had work done at my mother's place on the other side of my farm. Overall, I am generally very satisfied and would recommend to anyone I may know.

I like the product but feel very unsure regarding the salesmen and office staff. The install crew were amazing!

The communication with the installation person was poor. I had to call for date. Never answers phone and rarely calls back. Will never use them for any project. They pulled the installers away from my job for 2 days to do other work. Job should have been 2 days instead of 4.5 days. Very poor service.

The men that worked on my project were very polite, mannerly, and knowledgeable. I have had other contractors for other projects and I have never had anyone as knowledgeable as the two gentlemen that installed my project. I would recommend them to anyone!
