Construction crew was excellent. Length of project was too long due to subs, crew unavailability, and administrative delays.

Window look good and less noise

I've had a large arch window replaced recently by Champion Windows of Raleigh and it has been a great experience from the start to the end.

It all began with sales representative Sierra G., who was very knowledgeable and laser-focused on my priorities, took extra time to address all my concerns, delivered very competitive pricing and quality assurance backed by very strong warranty that exceeded my expectations.
Installation manager Mark F. kept in touch through the whole process explaining all the steps and also following up after the install to ensure my complete satisfaction.
The installation crew (Josue S., Primo L., Ever R.) showed up right on time, did an excellent job replacing the window and performed very thorough cleanup after the install.
My new window looks great and I am a very happy customer. Thank you and kudos to the entire Champion Windows Team for the outstanding job! I definitely recommend Champion Widows of Raleigh for window replacement projects.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Cut a $38k check for windows, the count of windows was wrong and it took over twice the promised time to deliver them.

Took longer than expected to get windows installed. Got three messages that windows were ready for installation, when they weren't. Took two months from the first message to actually get them installed. Had charges added without being given a heads up.

I dont recommend things, if someone asks me who i used/hired then ill tell them

Windows were fine but expensive. Cleanup inside was not great and Mark did not follow through with a promise to come and add paint above new window lip

Would tell all to stay away from this company as they have poor communication, damage your property, and do not honor their contract. This install has cost more money then its worth as i will need to restain my deck, paint my house and took multiple days off for an install that started 8/2022 and just supposedly finished 6/2023. Windows are not well insulated around install area. No one returns call to address my concerns.

I have for years held Champion in high regard because of the quality if their product technology. Once the room was finally installed after 11 months, we are happy. However, the customer service has been dreadful. Had we not wanted particular technology, we would have canceled months ago. The workmanship was excellent. We could not have had a better crew. The sales rep still owes us a response on our request for a door into the sunroom. Finally, the company needs to stop requesting advanced payments before the work is done and 90% before the work is completed. We are happy now but up to the completion, this was a dreadful experience that gave us great frustration.

Not a chance. Over a year to complete the project which was documented to be completed in 10-12 weeks. Installation manager was MIA most of the time and his communications with the on-site crew and with us were very poor.

100% DISSATISFIED. Was forced to accept windows that we did not agree on at purchase. Project to install 10 windows took 17 months from contract to final install due to numerous mis measurements and delays by Champion

Quality of product is fine. Service from office was fine. Lack of communication during installation and delays - months - were disappointing.

We had some issues with the lack of communication. It was very delayed response on repairs that was installed with a defect and one was ordered wrong.

The installation crew was very cordial, polite, and professional. My salesman was the same. All of my dealing with Champion's employees have been exceptional. I am very pleased with the completed work.

If you are looking for vinyl replacement windows and don't want to spend $3-5K per window, then Champion is a good price performer.

I think the sales person used the add, buy 2 get 2 free, and twisted the dollar numbers around to make you think we were getting a super deal, not true. Because that would mean, in simple math terms, that the 2 charged windows would, in reality, cost us $2400 a window. But the way they break it down to you, you're not getting a good deal at all.

The installer were great. The crew that came and did measurements did them all wrong. I didn't want to wait on my windows, so I let the installers do what they had to do to make it work.

Some of the siding isn't as intact as I exp[ected it to be.

They were punctual. They put in a sunroom for me. They were very neat, they cleaned up, were very courteous, and they were done in two days.
