Great product. Windows seem to be high quality. Sales person was able to awnser any questions we had and did a great presentation to explain the advantages of using Champion Windows.

I think the organization is at odds with its staff in so far as the organization is unable to deliver what the staff reasonably has promised. The organization seems to be hidebound to policies forms, and phone calls, and emails that seem irrelevant to the actual performance of what’s promised. The staff that I dealt with was great. The organization not so much. My hunch is the whole business could do a lot bette if it fired an awful lot of people And got rid of some of the policies. Also, the contract I signed was a vote of no confidence in the customer and the company. It presumes lying on the part of both the company and the customer and announces that neither party should hold either responsible. I think it’s paranoid driven by some previous experience and a bunch of lawyers. It is a horrible, horrible, horrible way to go. In my case, it was not necessary, but the idea that you can control someone’s first amendment rights to complain publicly about a company that doesn’t perform is bizarre and actually quite UNAmerican.

Sales was smooth, install was sub par, windows are efficient.

The quality is good but I do have problems sometimes closing the front left window.

It took over 6 months to get my window replaced

Champion Windows are so good to work with, very professional!

Did not have a good experience on the sales side. Salesperson left (don’t know the circumstances) and no one bothered to let me know. This happened before installation so he was my contact person. New contact person was the sales manager in SLC and he couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough when we talked. He also left (don’t know the circumstances) and again before install and again, no notification that he was gone. The person who was responsive and proactive was Thomas Cartwright, installation manager. Thank goodness for him!! The window installer was sub-par, the siding installers were fabulous!! Shannon who I speak with for product issues has been very responsive with quick follow-up. This has been greatly appreciated. As time goes on, and if I have issues that are quickly address and fixed, I might consider recommending Champion.

The sales folks were very helpful in explaining the details and advantages of 3-layer glass. They also demonstrated the heat-blocking effect and the strength of the frames. Both these qualities are what convinced us to purchase the windows. Since being installed, we can touch the glass on the south and west windows with sun on them and they are barely luke-warm; much better than our older 2-payne windows.

So far I am happy with the product that I have in my house, there were a few hiccups throughout the project and we are still waiting for one window to get fixed.

It took five months from the day I placed my order to day of install. I bought windows for 4 rooms and three of these rooms I am waiting for replacement glass.

I felt that I had no one as an advocate to reach out to when trying to find out why the project was taking so long.

Steve installed our siding two weeks ago and did an expert job. We couldn't be happier with everything about it. The sales rep, install coordinator, and installers were all very helpful and very professional.

Very professional and fast

We feel the product quality is good, but it is difficult to enthusiastically recommend a product of this price, without fully describing the price of the product, which can be a barrier to many people.

The salesman did not write down everything on the contract. The scheduler did not return my calls. He was not in the office when he said he would be, even though we told him when we would be there.

The salesman was friendly and provided multiple comparisons to other companies. Scheduling was quick and easy, the product was quick and installation only took a day for all 10 windows.

From the time I talked with Jorge the salesperson until I got my windows installed I was kept informed of each step in process of building and shipping my windows.

During last winter we had issues with the insides of the windows at the rear of our home growing mold from the condensation so we decided to replace the windows. We did our due diligence and completed 3 estimates with reputable companies and decided on Champion Windows on February 11, 2023. We were supposed to have our windows installed in May and all would be fine.
On February 28, 2023 they sent out someone to professionally measure the windows. We were informed that we would have to enlarge our sliding glass door area to accommodate the incoming window with the built in right facing doggie door. We made arrangements to have our contractor come and enlarge the area but chose to wait till closer to the install date.
On March 28, 2023 we received an email from David Conger at Champion windows with an updates ETA of April 5, 2023! So we reached out to our contractor and he rushed the enlargement. Mind you this was the worst winter we have see in many years. Thinking that the install was coming soon we filled the space between the old window and the new with plastic grocery bags. Everything was freezing for the last two months of winter! The frost on the doggie doo would freeze shut and the door would not operate due to the cold.
Our windows were installed July 15,2023 with the sliding door containing a left facing doggie door. The installation went very well but this is not the door we ordered! We were assured all would be rectified within a couple weeks but both the installer and Tori Hoogestraat the field representative.
Tori and I have corresponded many times and she would tell me she was reaching out to upper management. On October 23, 2023 she referred me to Paul Iverson her Sales manager. When we called him he referred us to Tommy the installation manager who said he would text us an update once he parked his car.

We finally got the sliding door installed November 2nd.

I give the windows a 2 or 3 for quality and follow up and a 1 on final appearance of installation.

Takes way too long between ordering windows and actually getting them installed. Double the length of quoted time.

A better deal became available right after I purchased my windows and doors. Which I had shopped around as bit longer to get the best deal

The experience we have had with your company has been exceptional with the exception of a lack of communication about the windows we are waiting to have replaced.

Champion Windows did a professional job. The quality of windows seems very good! (I don't burn my hand when I touch the glass while the sun is shining!) Installation went smoothly, price was good, service was good. We are happy with our purchase.
The 4 star rating is because they tend to call, text, and email TOO MUCH.

The door and window are great but small install details soured the experience

I didn't like how he was annoyed that we didn't say yes right away.I don't know why you would call me to tell me that my windows were ready and install a broken window, I really want a brand new window. I feel now that just replacing the glass kinda ruins the integrity of the window. I want it replaced not just "fixed"
When he said the window would be encased with vinyl I didn't think he ment cheap sticky trim. You think your doing something good by replacing an ugly rusted, previously flooded, afraid of mold, crusty window and think your going to have something that looks like new but doesn't fix the problem because you had invisioned something encased in vinyl and wouldn't see the rust because you thought it it would be smothered with calk and covered with vinyl and now have a broken window. Overall don't put in broken windows.

Have talked with friends and family already.

One of the windows was remanufactured and is already having to be replaced. Otherwise, it would have been a five-star rating.

The windows are great, but they forgot to plug a screw hole and trying to get customer service is near impossible.

The windows are great but the two installers were fantastic!

Champion was actually quick, easy, and convenient for me. We made an appointment on Monday. By Thursday, they were at my house giving me a quote. They were quite professional while walking me through the entire process. They texted me while we were waiting for the windows to come in, to let me know I had not been forgotten. Most companies do not do that. They were so helpful. They even text me about the installation. Their windows are awesome.

Champion Windows was better when it was locally run instead of being run out of Ohio.

Everything from the sales representative to the installer was very professional and amazing.

One of the windows was broken and I have to wait 8-10 weeks for a replacement

The customer service stinks. I have never run into such bad service. You're encouraged to give your opinion, and no one answers the phone. The only way you get a response is saying you want new windows. Otherwise, you leave a message and they do not call back. There is a good chance the product will be damaged or not fit. The caulking was done incorrectly. Only one installer did well.

The windows look & function amazingly.

If I knew anyone looking for windows or doors for their home I would highly recommend Steven Miles and Champion windows for any of there needs.

I like the windows, they are great. I would refer them to my friend, but they are priced too high.

Beautiful windows

I was very impressed with the salesman and the quality of the windows. They weren't the cheapest or most expensive, but they were the best quality for the price The installer had a bit of a potty mouth but did the installation well. We took in four bids. Some bids were twice as much and others were cheaper. The salesman was great. Steven gave a full demonstration that left me feeling very comfortable.

4 of the 5 windows have been great Still waiting on the last window frame to be replaced. I am very unsure on the timeline of this and no one ever seems to be able to give me a straight answer, water gets in between the panes when it rains

Even with the buy 2 get 2 free deal the price was high. I was notified in September that my windows would be in ~10/12. I called Champion on 10/19 because I hadn't heard anything and was told someone local would call me. They didn't. I called my salesperson at the end of October and left a message and miraculously the next day got a call that my windows were in.

The work was done effectively and they cleaned up very nicely. The window quality is excellent.

It is challenging to get good customer support.

The windows are beautiful, they took over three months to arrive however, 6 weeks past the quoted time. We have waited an additional three months to have our additional windowsills installed, as well as a cooler insert and a new screen that arrived damaged. Still, the quality of the windows, the materials, and the installation are very very good and I would recommend Champion despite the problems, but with full disclosure of what happened.
