The whole experience was fabulous. They replaced all 17 windows in one day.

The sales call was thorough. I liked to be able to look at samples of the windows

My windows are leaking and my house is colder than with te old
Windows.

Over 2 months late!! Terrible communication and follow up

This has been a miserable experience. terrible communication from a bunch of champion entities none of which know the others are sending things. Tons of meaningless contacts and very little results. we waited many months for the windows to be manufactured and the finally installed and the day after the glass in one of them mysteriously cracked. service came and treated in like any other service call putting us at the back of the line waiting more months for a single piece of glass. as the months pass i begin to notice more issues with a poor install. dark brown caulk the installers got on my light color siding, scraps of aluminum trim the threw in my landscape, exposed screws. the list goes on....i could never in good faith tell another person to endure such poor service.

Champions is great work, great quality, great staff and great price. I was happy with how our sunroom turned out, and ended up being at least $20k cheaper than other big patio installation companies you see advertising a lot. They even installed our sunroom in winter, when it was 10-20 degrees outside. From sales to production to instal, all employees were amazing, fast, nice and efficient. We need our windows replaced in the next 5 years and I will absolutely be reaching out to Champions

Excellent product, great communication with Customer Service, knowledgeable sales rep with evidence of claims.

Tood Yates explained and showed us the difference between champion and the competition.
After his presentation you can see there is no comparison to other company's. The show room was nice to see product and how things work.. neil at the office did a great job with handeling construction timeframe and payments. and the crew that installed sunporch did a great job. Where freindly and answered any questions I had during install. Im completely satisfied and would recommend champion above other sunroom company's.

We absolutely would recommend champion for windows and we will be going to them for screen and slidingdoors as well soon

Good quality and good conflict resolution but took waaaay too long and was too expensive given the problems that occurred.

Over priced very low installing took 4 hours to install 3 windows glad I didn't get the whole house

I would recommend Champion Windows of Toledo due to the quality of the windows, the salesman, and the man who came to take the final measurements - Professional quality!

Very responsive. On time on day of install and they did a great job; cleaned up, worked quickly and very professional.

Very unprofessional.
Showed up late, left a large mess and didn’t bother to clean it! Hazardous materials like broken glass left all over our kitchen floor, sink, counters, and yard! Took hours longer than we were told and had me sign well before the job was done.

Quite expensive

I was happy to have 8 new doors installed paid cash took over a 9 months and one door can't be matched with other doors. My attempts for service has been unsuccessful. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. SEE IF I HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE WILL SEAL THIS THOUGHT. 678-754-5024 PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Were told 6-8 weeks until install. It actually took 6 months. Patio door was installed but opened the wrong direction. Salesman’s error? Factory Error? We will never know! Will not use Champion again.

We have already shared our positive experiences with our neighbors! We are very pleased with the outcome of the outside appearance and the inside sound insulation along with the coolness of the front of the home. Thank you so much!

They put siding up on the wrong side of my house and screwed up my motion light

My only complaint. Was that I didn't need to miss a day of work to measure my windows. The installers did a beautiful job and I am very happy with my glass block windows.

Our new windows look beautiful and the aluminum wrapping on the trim looks awesome too!

Windows were an inch to inch and a half to big. So they cut out part of the trim and even removed some brick to get windows to fit. We told sales agent that we did not want pvc trim to cover the wood work. But they took off enough of the trim that they had no choice but to cover it.

Totally satisfied will be replacing more in fall
