Good quality and good conflict resolution but took waaaay too long and was too expensive given the problems that occurred.

Over priced very low installing took 4 hours to install 3 windows glad I didn't get the whole house

I would recommend Champion Windows of Toledo due to the quality of the windows, the salesman, and the man who came to take the final measurements - Professional quality!

Very responsive. On time on day of install and they did a great job; cleaned up, worked quickly and very professional.

Very unprofessional.
Showed up late, left a large mess and didn’t bother to clean it! Hazardous materials like broken glass left all over our kitchen floor, sink, counters, and yard! Took hours longer than we were told and had me sign well before the job was done.

Quite expensive

I was happy to have 8 new doors installed paid cash took over a 9 months and one door can't be matched with other doors. My attempts for service has been unsuccessful. Were told 6-8 weeks until install. It actually took 6 months. Patio door was installed but opened the wrong direction. Salesman’s error? Factory Error? We will never know! Will not use Champion again.

We have already shared our positive experiences with our neighbors! We are very pleased with the outcome of the outside appearance and the inside sound insulation along with the coolness of the front of the home. Thank you so much!

They put siding up on the wrong side of my house and screwed up my motion light

My only complaint. Was that I didn't need to miss a day of work to measure my windows. The installers did a beautiful job and I am very happy with my glass block windows.

Our new windows look beautiful and the aluminum wrapping on the trim looks awesome too!

Windows were an inch to inch and a half to big. So they cut out part of the trim and even removed some brick to get windows to fit. We told sales agent that we did not want pvc trim to cover the wood work. But they took off enough of the trim that they had no choice but to cover it.

Totally satisfied will be replacing more in fall

The installation went terribly. There was a mess left in every room as well as debris and parts of the old windows left in my yard. It took almost a week to go through each room and dust, sweep, scrub and launder. I moved as much out of the rooms as I could before the install and was told the installer would cover anything left like the beds with tarps but I don't think he used any because everything was left with a coating of dust and fiberglass. One of the windows was ordered incorrectly so they had to reorder it and said it would be six weeks before it arrived. When it finally arrived and they came to install it, they realized they ordered the wrong one again so it will be another six weeks before that one arrives. This process has been going on since April and I still don't have all my windows. We had ordered just our upstairs windows as it was the smaller project to see how everything went and now I am hesitant to use them again for our downstairs windows as that project is twice as big and the process has been so frustrating for this smaller project already. The only positive from this experience is we do like the windows, they look nice and should hopefully last us a long time.

Personally I don't like them.

I highly recommend the two installers, and I always show my room to everyone.

You don’t have qualified people installing your products many things wrong with door install and been months and can’t get ahold of anyone and no service to fix these problems

I don’t know how I feel about the sales process to the finished product. I don’t agree with sales people not being transparent and up front. I have a 10,000 door that’s not even close to the color that was chosen.

Our windows were installed very quickly and professionally. They look great! I can tell a big difference with the temperature in the house since the windows were installed.

We had a lot of problems and the work took forever and had to be redone a few times. We ended up going to the better business bureau to settle things

I was not there when they finished, windows look good but I needed up with a 2 inch by 1 inch hole in my wall. Looks like they were carrying something on an angle and it went into the wall and didn’t make the opening into the kitchen.

Had doors installed one door missing parts. It's been 2 weeks still waiting for someone to contact me about my door parts can't use that main entrance door feeling very Madd.

They don't need a recomendation. They need a warning on any review.

It was raining in day of installation so a pretty big mess was made but I do understand that it can only be prevented so much.

Porch was finished about a week ago. It's been a little chilly so we haven't used it yet. Can't wait till spring!

I think I paid a lot of money for windows with blemishes and one has a crack. The window with a crack gets a lot of condensation build-up.

Based on this project I will not recommend, after the contract is signed, you are on your own our salesman disappeared and could not be reached by phone or email.
There is a total lack of communication, no points of contact unless you call Customer Service. Seems to be no project manager to keep you abreast of the project.
The installation team on the other hand were extremely good and courteous.

I bought new windows for ease of cleaning but I can't get the factory glue off.

Salesman was great. Crew did NOT show up on scheduled day and never received a call that they were not going to show up. Then being a holiday weekend never was contacted for 4 days

Champion Windows is good. I can turn my air on really low, and it is still kind of cool in the house. I am sure it is going to work for me this winter. I am satisfied with them!

Service is terrible don't show up when there supposed to don't even call the first time. The second time waiting and waiting no call call them they forgot to put on the schedule. What a way to run a business.

I definitely could have spent alot less going else where and the guys were nice but broke a window and tracked glass all around my home and some rooms. I'm still finding glass in my drive way, side walk, grass, carpets and if I were to be barefoot or find a peice with out shoes I will end up slicing my foot open

I've sent a page and half document to champion already about my dissatisfaction. They have yet to respond.

We didn't really get a lot of contact from the people who sold the windows. It was supposed to be installed on January 15th, but it was installed just last month. The installer never got a hold of them for months. So there was a lack of communication.

I have already recommended Champion Windows of Toledo to a friend.

This depends on my satisfaction after some time. If the windows, materials and the installation hold up to the elements and provide what they are intended to provide, then I will provide an updated recommendation.

There was management problems.

They did a very good job and appreciate it.

They were prompt and got the job done.
