Would Never recommend this place Worst customer service Ever!

Salesman and the installation crew was great.

Installers were very professional. Excellent work and cleaned up everything. Windows look great and really improve the building.

Install team was very nice, but did average job on removing debris from outside and less than average job caulking around windows....had to re-caulk the majority of it and on two windows they did not caulk under them at all. The actual install was about two weeks later than we expected (from our salesperson) and i had to take a vacation day at work

Windows were not installed level or square. They did not have the proper tools to install the size of windows we ordered & had to place seams in the aluminum window wrap.

My wife and I understood that we were getting Champion storm door that had to be custom measured, etc. instead we got a door that you can buy from Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Shouldn't have to pay 90 percent before seeing product! The glass has so many streaks in it and has got to be replaced! Showed up 7 hours late!

My job is not complete. They have all my money but one of my windows is wrong. It took 3 weeks to get 2 missing screens, and then I was told the window was not square and needed to be reinstalled.

There is no communication with the office people and the customer.

Best quality for a reasonable price.

Would never recommend the windows or company.

This was a very disappointing experience. For the amount of money that this cost, it should’ve been perfect.

They didn't seal the new window very well. And there is a nail sticking out at that bottom of the window! And the new window is lose.

Based on the communication between the Champion of Wichita team and us and the delays in timeline I am unsure how I feel about recommending their service.

I've used Champion Windows twice now (previous home and current home). The customer service and windows themselves are great. Plus the lifetime warranty that's included is hard too beat.

The after installation service needs attention. It took 1 month to get a screen that was supposed to have been installed with the door. No response was received to several requests.

Dishonest salesman, incompetent measurer. Tom has no customer service skills.

The windows are sooo nice. Compared to the 1980’s windows in my house before.

While the quality of windows as well as the buy two get two promotion are the best around the communication between the company, crew and installation team is lacking.

I've told everyone about our windows

The Office staff is absolutely horrible to deal with. They did not stick to their contract. The installer was the best part of the whole process.

The installers did a poor job on my double picture window in the front. It was four window before, with 2 bin windows below the 2 picture windows. I opted for 2 picture windows and when they removed the cross framing for the lower bin windows to install the picture windows. They left the exposed wood that was left after the cut.

We still don't have screens for any of our windows. Who installs windows without screens? I guess they forgot to order them. (Training issue?) It's unfortunate as this is the time of year we would have the windows open. We have no eta on when these will be installed.
The most expensive picture window has deep scratches and a replacement is supposed to be on order. No eta except that they will call us at a later time.
The install of trim around windows on north side of the house looks terrible. Its all banged up and dented. Someone is suppose to fix this but I don't believe we have heard back to have this scheduled. Extremely unhappy with how it looks.
The trim installed around all the windows was visibly put in with nails. I don't think it was supposed to be done this way. My confidence that this will hold up over time is questionable.

I will say that the gentleman who installed our new back door was phenomenal and the door is beautiful. If I was basing a referral off of his install and the product only, hands down I would refer you to a friend.

Not at all.

3 of my windows are too narrow and slide side to side in the frame allowing wind to blow through. All the rotten wood was agreed to be replaced wich none of it was it was just cut out and replaced with spray foam and wrapped in cheap metal wich will likely be flapping in the wind because there is nothing to adhere too. Most of my windows will not open because they are so tight and some won't open very far due to screw placement. I was warned from a family friend about champions workmanship and commitment and I really regret not listening to them.

I was generally pleased with how they did the work on my house. I have left over materials that I need to put up somewhere, though. Maybe can be used to place on a side of the house that wasn't done.

The product itself is good, but the timeframe and the communication with the company was terrible.

The installation crew exceeded my expectations.

I will not recommend champion windows. The product does not stand up to what I was sold on. sales person did a great job selling the product but the product is very poor.

The turn around time was very quick and the installer did an excellent job!

They were precise on their quote, explained everything in the quote, and the delivery time was impeccable within 2 weeks. The installation was quick and neat. They cleaned up after themselves.

They did a really good job.

My only problem with recommending Champion to a friend is the long wait in getting the product. I would have to tell them I called in about my broken window on Dec 22nd, and I didn’t get the replacement until Mar 13th. I don’t feel that was reasonable.

The quality of service was excellent and answered all my questions as necessary.

They were very efficient workers.

Communication was poor!

I have already recommended Champion to 3 other people. You guys went over and above in every area. You did what you said you would do at the time you said you would do it. Thankyou so much. Customer service is #1!
