Channel Choice TV was founded in 1995 and is a family-owned, Tucson-based business serving all of Arizona. Their motto is “Shop Local, Order Local, Stay Local!” and they have lived by that motto since their founding. They have engaged in numerous partnerships with local Arizona businesses and continually contribute their time and money to several community organizations. In addition, Channel Choice TV is the only company of its kind in southern Arizona that is a registered contractor. Sales Knowledge - When I went to their office, the young man who helped me, Manny Fertado, could not have been more helpful. He was amazing.
Installation Crew
Installation Crew - The young man, Tommy, who helped set us up was great. I appreciated his patience as he showed us how to work the channels, etc. He is a very nice young man.

Likely To Recommend - I have recommended them before to people at work. Everyone I know is still under contract but there are a couple of them that are thinking of going with dish. The people that I worked with from the company, particularly Manny and Tommy, could not have been more helpful.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I am satisfied! I love the option of the menu where you can scroll through to see what's on. That's very customer friendly.
Recognized Excellence
Recognized Excellence - Manny, who is in sales at the office, and Tommy, who works in installation, were both great. Both were so helpful, upbeat, friendly, and they made everything easy. The former cable service that I used had a similar offer where the customer gets 90 days of HBO for free. However, they did not make me aware that when those 90 days were up, I would for HBO if I did not tell them I didn't want it, so I really appreciated that Manny went ahead and took the service off for me once that time came around.

Additional Comments - I am really happy with it. I am glad I changed my service. At the time that I chose to go with them there was a promotion where the customer receives a $ 150 gift card. I thought that deal was fantastic, and I appreciated that I got it within a couple of weeks. I received a similar deal from a phone company, but that time I had to wait 6 weeks to receive the card.
