Overall a good job. I was frustrated during the process that the foreman came when they started, left midday and never came back until the last day. Everyone else spoke Spanish and was a worker bee. I really would have been more comfortable to have had an English speaking foreman on the job the whole time like other roofing companies I have used.
I was very impressed with everything being completed in one day and not having to have a mess. They were there in the morning and done in the afternoon. It was a pretty good experience.
They were supposed to complete our roof in 2–3 days. It took over a week, and they damaged the inside of our garage. There were nails coming through and holes in there. We had to keep asking them to repair it. We couldn't communicate with the roofers because they couldn't speak English. Furthermore, we had to keep calling the office. It was a nightmare.

Be careful with Chappelle Roofing. They might have a good product and do good work, and the agent may seem personable in the beginning, but after the contract is signed it is a different story. My neighbors experience was similar.

If Chappelle Roofing would do a better job of scheduling, then I would highly recommend them. I am very happy with the work, but I am not happy with the lack of communication. The work crew did a great job. The materials seem to be good. I am very happy with the roof, which seems to have held up well with the storm we have had. My neighbor is not happy about some of the fascia work that has not been addressed, and the lack of communication is not desirable. We had people scrambling to get their cars out of the driveway so they would not be trapped in it. It was a ridiculous, silly problem that should not have happened.
Given what I have already mentioned, I would give them four stars.

This company has consistently shown a lack of care and concern for clients' inquiries. Chappelle Roofing presents itself as a profit-driven organization that refuses to take customers seriously, nor see the value in customers. From their lack of communication, delayed responses, not adhering to their deadline, and accusatory comments toward clients, they should consider reorganizing to be more customer-focused.
The staff and installation crew at Chappelle Roofing far exceeded my expectations in the quality and value of the replacement of my roof after Hurricane Ian.
