Chattanooga Exteriors did a great job completing our siding project. The project manager Abner was on top of things and kept us in the loop on what was going on. We had a problem with a water leak due to the gutters being removed and they went out of their way to make it right. Our ceiling and wood floors were redone to new...We are very satisfied.

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous, the project manager was always available and very prompt in answering any questions and taking care of any concerns. The work was done well. I chose Chattanooga Exteriors because they are a local company and have superior products. They truly care about each project and make sure the job is done right and well. I highly recommend Chattanooga Exteriors! I will definitely use them again for another project.

We are extremely pleased with the results of the siding project. We plan to use Chattanooga Exteriors for additional work on our home in the future.

Overall I’m very pleased with Chattanooga Exteriors, especially my project manager who is very responsive. Last year we Rebuilt a weak poorly constructed wall using Andersen windows and James Hardie siding. (Previously Windows had been replaced by another company, which did not cure the intermittent leaks). I watched the whole construction process, everything looked like it was done well and to Andersen specifications as far as I could tell. I was so shocked when one of my new windows started leaking, almost a year later. I called my project manager, and he came immediately, took a picture and started the Andersen window warranty process. He said it is a slow process, hopefully it will be resolved soon. I would like more communication follow up, what is happening, when will the window be worked on?

My wife and I never look for the cheapest option when it comes to hiring contractors. Deciding on Hardie board and using Chattanooga Exteriors was certainly not the cheapest option but after the fact, I can say it was the best option and a wise choice. The quality of work surpassed even my expectations (which is saying something). Our house could be on a magazine cover now. Our house looks brand new. No maintenance for 15 years - what a deal! surprised me.

Wonderful company. Very detailed and highly organized operation. Michelle (receptionist, customer assistance, Girl Friday) was so helpful during the full experience. The crews involved in the work were respectful and competent. Our Project Manager, Nic, was exceptional. He was at our home 3,4,5 times per day. He often delivered additional material, other times he showed up to gently inspect the work crew and the quality of the work. He deserves a raise! They did a great job and were very responsive.

I have used Chattanooga Exteriors twice. Once on a former house and once on a new purchase. I have found that their work is good. Even with a bunch of weather delays, especially rain, they were able to fit me in and get things done in a reasonably timely fashion.

My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with the services, crews, and the final results they achieved.
