The new walk-in shower is safer, more enjoyable to use, and definitely more attractive than the old tub it replaces.

The installation was extremely professional. No mess left behind. All was cleaned up. 10 stars for that.
The sales was overkill on information. It took way too long to get to the actual sales part. Honestly by then I didn’t want to use this. The sales person got a bit pushy. That was frustrating.

Joey, Xavier, Marco where very nice, helpful, friendly and professional. They explained how my basement windows and my new sliding door works. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice about what we needed to replace in our bathroom. We'd thought we'd have to redo the whole thing, but he recommended a way to keep the vintage look of our (1922) bathroom while also having a beautiful new functional tub and tub area. The materials look great and go great with the original part of the bathroom, and the installer was super skillful/knowledgeable. He got the new tub and surround in in one day (the materials then had to cure one more day). Another installer came to finish off the places where the new part meets the old part. He did a phenomenal job of making the edges of the new part look finished, in a way that goes with the rest of the bathroom. These people will not sell you something you don't need, they'll offer a solution that goes well with the surrounding area, and they'll do an expert job in a timely way. They are serious about making their customers happy.

Mad City did a wonderful job with installing our shower. They ran into some issues with the old pipes under our house, but they worked their way through them.

Very well done! Work areas kept clean during work. Workers arrived promptly at the appointed time, and went right to work. Jake and Nate did great work and explained what they were doing as well as asked questions about our preferences during the project to make sure that it was completed to our satisfaction.

From Sales to Installation a seamless process.

The installers did not have what they needed to do the entire install upon arrival. They had the windows, but not the right color of trim or caulking. They were constantly on their cell phones on personal calls.
