It took a while but they did good work. My mom was trying to change things and it was making it take longer.
they gave me lot of trouble to complete the Job and did not care how much our personal suffering
It took six months to get a shower pan replaced. Ruined the holidays and had to cancel vacation plans. Would never use this company again. Why the insurance company contracts with somebody an hour away makes absolutely no sense.
Would use again.
The quality of work done was excellent.
Cinergy Builders, Inc. was good. I had no problems.
It was difficult to get the scheduling figured out. I had to initiate contact 50% of the time to see when they would be coming out.
I am not satisfied with some of the work.
They do excellent work and provide great communication.
Very pleased with all aspects of the job. The workers were clean and courteous and always on time. The work itself was excellent and when finished my home was broom clean
I give Cinergy Builders, Inc. a 5-star rating, and I am very, very satisfied.
Cinergy went over and above to make sure that every detail of the rebuild of our home was perfect. The staff was always friendly and always attentive. Alex, the owner, came to see us multiple times. I would highly recommend Cinergy to anyone.
I would not recommend them to anyone, not even an enemy.
They are very professional and did the job well.
This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a construction crew and I used to be a carpenter.
The builders who came and detailed the work were excellent, and most of the workmanship was satisfactory. My only issue was that all the workers spoke Spanish, and very little English. It was very hard to communicate with them. That was the drawback.
The worst company you could ever deal with.
For the hurricane repair work that Cinergy did complete at my house, I feel they did a very good job and I still have every intention of writing an accommodation letter for them to Tower Hill, the insurance company that they did the work through and who they were contracted through. So, I was very satisfied. Their one main project lead was very, very responsive and professional. As was Alex, the owner. He was usually responsive and professional, particularly and only referring to the hurricane repair work that they have completed at my home.
Daniel Corbellini and crew were professional, courteous and their work was superior.
Job was subcontracted to an out of state contractor who did not do a thorough remediation. I had to find another contractor myself to complete the work.
The job took too long.
The workers were terrific and the water mitigation was done efficiently.
The project manager I worked with was available to talk to, and open to discuss any situation I had, and tried to resolve issues
Working with Cinergy was a good experience. The actual contractors doing the work were very professional, courteous and responsive to my requests pertaining to the restoration of my kitchen. Would I recommend them to others - definitely.
Even though Cinergy Builders was recommended to me by my insurance carrier, I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever use them again.
I would not recommend this company.
They were very professional, and on time. We are very satisfied.
Juan Ayala was very professional, very nice, and very understanding. He tried to work with us every way that he could. I would give him a 5 star rating.
I would never use them again.
We had some discrepancies on things that were included in the estimate that were not done, but otherwise the people were wonderfully nice.
Cinergy Builders did a very good job. I am satisfied with the timeframe of completion of work and job that you did.
Feel Cinergy took advantage of my kindness. They had to replace my dryer and porch roof, due to their carelessness. Juan is only 1 person, he can’t do it all by himself. I gave extra work with upgrades and overall I am not satisfied. Will have to hire someone to come in and fix some things Cinergy didn’t. Another contractor came in to replace additional windows and they removed some shuttles and underneath it was not painted. I paid Cinergy to paint my whole house. I was embarrassed and hurt and the contractor couldn’t believe his eyes. Would not recommend Cinergy.
They were really excellent. They walked me through everything step by step. I had no complaints. They did a phenomenal job.
The workers were polite and the workmanship was fantastic. The only downside was the year it took to do my master bathroom remodel and not all communications were received as I had hoped.
I wouldn't hire Cinergy Builders. They are out to make the quickest buck. Overall, the did a crappy job.
I am extremely pleased with Cinergy Builders, Inc. They set up a schedule and modified it to accommodate my travel plans. Cinergy Builders, Inc. were timely and efficient. They were courteous and completed the job in a skillful manner. I would recommend Cinergy Builders, Inc. again.
Cinergy was outstanding to me.
At this point, I wouldn't recommend them. I am very unhappy with how everything is being handled right now.
They were very professional and courteous. John was wonderful.
The workers were beyond hard workers. They were always pleasant and cooperative. Just very nice guys! We have worked with a lot of other companies for a roof, but these by far are the nicest people!
I was very happy with my service. They wouldn't stop until I was happy!!
They were great, very professional and I would hire them again.

So far, I have found Cinergy to be dependable and professional. I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
This company was recommended to me by my insurance company. Although the project manager seemed very professional, the small bathroom remodel that was supposed to take two weeks, took close to 2 months. I was never told that I would have to pay an extra $850 for a shower pan. That wasn't in my original quote. When I got my final total, it was $850 more than expected. It took two months for the insurance company to pick up the bill.
I was overall very satisfied. The project manager was very professional and did an exceptional job. He made experience that much easier.
at the ebegning i was really happy. i found the right company but the second week i wasp atient and nothing was moving i got frustrated nad ig ot
Cinergy did a very professional job and was very knowledgeable of the trade necessary to complete it.
Dealing with Peter at Cinergy Builders was a great experience.
