Really appreciated the full service from design selections to installation to quality assurance final. Everyone including subcontractors were respectful and professional. The dust control during installation was phenomenal.

This was the first project where I hired a company to do the design and construction from start to finish, I usually handled the design, hiring each professional, ordering the supplies/fixtures etc. etc. That process never goes smoothly and can be very overwhelming and frustrating throughout the construction. They handled all of that and every issue that came along, and Tamara helped with the design.....this did come at a cost that I had a hard time swallowing but in the end it turned out beautiful, and I know it is all done correctly....for my own peace of mind, I trusted the team and with little stress, anxiety and frustration on my part it all worked out.

My experience was great. It was a straight steady process that went smoothly from start to finish. They came up with a detailed plan from start to finish of what was happening each day in writing so I could keep track and know what was going on and to keep up to address any issues if there were any. Clean - The dust protection that Cipriani provided during the project was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of effort the on-site crew went to, to keep the construction dust and debris to a minimum. My neighbors remarked at how clean Cipriani kept the job site clean outside on my property. Everyday the site was cleaned up and any construction material outside was left organized and covered.

Safe - Cipriani and their trade partners exercised safety precautions during the project.

Respectful

Respectful - Cipriani staff and their trade partners were extremely respectful and I really enjoyed being a part of the project as it was implemented. Even something as simple as listening to music on the job site, the person would ask permission before they would turn on a radio. If someone came in on the part of the house that wasn't under construction, they would either take their shoes off or cover their shoes with the floor protection shoe covers.

Communication

Communication - Communication is where Cipriani excels. No question went unanswered. I could ask any question from any Cipriani team member or a trade partner and they were happy to answer or provide feedback.

Quality Of Materials

Quality Of Materials - I am so happy with the addition, new Provia windows, and kitchen. Cipriani went above and beyond to match my house siding color and roof color and materials. However the smallest detail gets the most attention and that is the round bead that was used around the windows and door ways. I have had so many people comment on the round bead and what a classy statement it makes for the remodel.

Quality Of Workmanship

Quality Of Workmanship - The quality is second to none. I am the lucky recipient of some beautiful crown moulding in my kitchen, round bead through out the house, custom window sills, an exquisite barn door and so many other features that now make my home personalized to my needs now and in the future. After this remodel, I can comfortably stay in my home as my forever home.

Problem Resolution - This is another area Cipriani excels in. There were some challenges with building material supplies but Cipriani reached out to many suppliers to get the materials needed to match the addition exterior into the existing house exterior.

Professional & Organized - Everyone at Cipriani is focused on providing top level customer service and it shines through with how well they are organized and the professionalism they bring to the project. I live in a community with an HOA and during the application process, Cipriani submitted a binder with the plans for the project. The HOA application went smoothly and was approved almost instantly.

Schedule - 100% Kevin at Cipriani sent over a huge schedule chart was put up and every week I could look at the chart and know what would be accomplished that week.

Being on-site during the project and seeing first hand the level of effort, product/material quality, and the craftsmanship that it takes to build a successful project that exceeds customer expectations and meets every changing building codes, I feel like my money was well spent.

This was our third remodeling project done by Cipriani. They go above and beyond to make everything goes smoothly and less stressful. Additional Comments - This is my third time using Cipriani. They are such a great company. They did one project for me almost 13 years ago, and one of the owners noticed I was having some issues with it from another project I had done. The company replaced the sink for me as well as fixing a crack in the ceiling and fixed some nail holes.

I would highly recommend them. Their work is quality, and the entire team is knowledgeable and professional. They left our entire home beautiful.

Having heard horror stories from family and friends for years about remodeling projects, Cipriani clearly dispelled all of our fears. They coordinated every aspect of the project. Outside contractors were on time, supervised and adhered to Cipriani standards. Most appreciated was their attention to dust abatement. We were able to live in our bedroom while the master bathroom and master closet were demolished and then rebuilt.

Clean

Clean - Workers left my place cleaned every time they left. There was little dust due to all the precautions taken.

Safe

Safe - They were very careful to leave clear pathways and tools were kept in designated areas. Safety was never a concern.
