We have a steep pitch roof which presented potential problems for the installers. The problem was dealt with efficiently and effectively. Very professional and quick installation within the day. The clean up crew missed some packaging and cut shingles on the side of my house that was not gated and a little easy to miss. After a quick call, they were there within the hour to do a whole clean again. Great response!

Everything was up front. I wasn't guessing if they were going to be there or not, and it was a great experience.

An inspection was not done following the job and fortunately we happened to notice a warped vent which should not have been installed by the contractor in the first place. It makes me question the quality of the rest of the roof (i.e. if the underlay was installed, proper installation, etc.).

Great communication and installation was completed on our agreed timeline (house and detached garage, removal of wood shakes and new "Flex" shingles installed = 1 day). We had 2 days before the new roof was tested with hail and heavy rain - no leaks and the new roof looks fantastic! It's difficult to find professional contractors in this day and age, City Boss Roofing delivers on their promises. Your home is a huge investment and should not just be left to anyone to work on, especially your roof - it needs to last for years. In a sea full of contractors and the large expense of a new roof, I am glad I had them complete our project. Well done guys!

City Boss did an excellent job on my roof. Lots of communication, very efficient, and easy to work with. They accommodated my special requests with ease. They were in and done in one morning. The site was nicely cleaned when they were done and my house and garage look great. I highly recommend them.
