They lost some of our items, they could not coordinate with each other, didn't come when they said they were going too. When we got our stuff it was cleaned but some of the things were ruined. They also stapled tags to every item, and the tags tore some of those items when removed. I still want to know what happened to my wife's Supernatural shirt that was the 15th edition that is gone.

It was insurance work and I think they washed everything so they could charge the insurance company. They could have called me. Some things were clearly garbage.
