My personal experience was bad. The quality was so-so. Alan doesn't know how to deal with customers. He isn't responsive. I always had to call him to get a reply and find out what was going on. Also, when I had a concern about the quality and would send him pictures, he was defensive and tried to blame me for the problems.
They did a great job.
Overall I'm happy with the work Classic Restoration did on my master and guest bathrooms. Initially a leak was discovered that had been there for a long time. After the water mitigation and abatement crews were done, the bathrooms were in pretty bad shape. First the plumber had to come in and replace the corroded pipes. Then CRC started their reconstruction. It did end up taking much longer than expected but it was finally done. I think I'm a perfectionist so I did have issue with the quality of some of the detail work done and in some cases I jumped the gun and did some of the work myself before they had a chance to. The crew was very courteous and respectful throughout.
I am very, very satisfied with the work.
Did a good job. Customer service pretty good. Only issue I had was that they could’ve exercised more thought in floor plank layout. In other words it appeared they installed planks as they came out the box without regards to simple aesthetics like not grouping dark colors together or placing the longest and darkest plank between transitions from kitchen to family room.
I went out of the country and I was talking to Sam and I really liked him. He did a good job.
I would not recommend this company for rebuild until they get their act together. Our first project manager, Ben either left or was fired and they never told us until we constantly called to find out what was going on. Then Ajay took the job and things took longer than they should have. I was able to have my contractor do the upgrades in a timely manner because Classic was not. I would highly recommend the remediation team! Danny was fabulous. The fact that we filed a claim on Sept 11 and were not done with the job until Feb 18 was ridiculous.
