Not based on the experience I had with CLC. CLC has an opportunity to greatly improve it's project management, project execution and customer communications, plus it's final fee collection strategy is a mess!

I am happy with the workmanship and roofing crew. I am unhappy that we were told one price by the salesman on 3 separate occasions and then charged another after the insurance paid out. The office changed the invoice at least 3 times and when I complained to the salesman and then management, there was no concession at all. I feel like we were just told whatever so we would award the job to CLC. Honestly, I liked the salesman. Whether he was deceiving us or just misinformed, management should have made it right.

After this experience, I couldn't imagine going with another roofing company. Professional, strong work ethic, and finished the job in 1.5 days. Yard was combed for any nails and any lingering trash was picked up. In addition, the supplement work/expenses were itemized, pictures taken and they worked diligently with my insurance company to ensure that all expenses were covered. Would highly recommend.
