If they had finished on time, I would strongly recommend them but they were delayed too much.

The entire ordeal has taken over 6 months and has been significantly fragmented with poor communication.

It took them basically 9 weeks to start and 7 months to finish it.

The staff were professional, friendly and courteous !!! Hard working, too !! Great quality of work!!Without hesitation, I would recommend them!

When they first came in, we had a lot of smoke damage from the fire. They acted like they were gonna clean the walls. They came in with sponges. They used our ladder because theirs wasn't tall enough. You can see streaks on the ceiling. In the master, we had to clean again after the company. The insurance company told me not to clean anymore because they needed to see that they didn't clean it very well. I asked the insurance company to give us an itemized bill from CRBR and there were charges from things that they never did. Jim got upset. He was supposed to order the windows in November. He forgot even after we reminded him. This happened three times. I told him that I didn't want the windows in the winter. We finally got our windows in late January. Brad, the manager decided that they could replace the insulation underneath the house, in house. They didn't get very far. I told Jim that we needed professionals out here. He got a company out here and they were done in three days. They lost a lot of money due to their own stupidity. We started working with Kyle. He gave us excuses. We had someone just randomly show up at our house one day. We later found out that he was replacing Kyle because he was with no longer with them. It was really frustrating for nobody to stand by their word. We would never refer this company, ever. We wouldn't want anyone to go through what we went through.

They were absolutely fantastic, I was pretty stressed out about the entire situation. Not only did they explain it really well but they offered support so I didn't worry as much. Super professional and kind. I interacted with the owner, the person who did the estimate and the gentlemen who came and did the work for us. Everyone was fantastic. My initial contact with the owner was great, he explained the entire process including avenues of choice that did not include his company. We chose them but I thought it was really amazing he took the time to explain options to me that didn't include them. Highly highly recommend them!

Communication was lacking. Initially I didn’t get calls returned for up to a week. Once the contractor put the Reno home repair on calendar, Cory was the contact person. Cory was overpowering, abrasive, controlling and lacked customer service. Last minute Installation dates changed causing inconveniences. The workmanship was acceptable and the finished product looks good but I would not recommend the company to anyone or use their services again.

The men who did the work in our home, worked quickly and well and we are happy with their work. The project managing, on the other hand, was terrible. Our contract said the work was to be completed in 2 weeks. Well, 5 months later, without hearing anything from CRBR, our work was finally completed.
