From the quote through installation, working with Clear Choice was a great experience. Chad, the salesperson, explained our options and gave us a great price. I'm especially concerned with sustainability and wanted not only a product and installation that would last, but Clear Choice also stood out because they recycle the old shingles.

Our project manager was Casey. The day before, he discussed ventilation options with us. I originally wanted to replace the box vents with a ridge vent and the end gable vents with eave vents, to maximize the roof space available for future solar panel installation. However, after extensive conversation about the pros and cons and what Mass Save weatherization work (insulation, air sealing, and the ventilation) had been done in the attic, we decided to stick with the existing setup, as there had been no problems with it thus far.

During the installation, the crew of 5 plus Casey arrived punctually at 7:30AM, and the crew expertly set up tarps and removed the existing shingles in about 90 minutes. The new shingles were installed, and cleanup was complete by 4PM. The house looks great, but Casey left his card with instructions to call his cell phone anytime if we found debris that had been missed, or for any other questions/concerns.

Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Clear Choice Home Improvement!

This company is great! They completely replaced my roof in one day. They also made sure to rake for nails, and as part of their coverage, if a nail is picked up by your car tires, they will pay for the tire replacement. Very reputable and professional company.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the roof was done. I was assured that house and property would be protected. Roof looked good, the guys that did the work stood around outside my home laughing and joking for about an hour after they were done, when I finished working it was dark, they had blocked off an exit to the basement with snow from roof and I had to clear that out with snowblower, that was when I realized they had left nails everywhere because my snowblower was spitting them out I proceeded to pick up hundreds of nails in fear that one would get in my tires. Called to complain of this and they sent 3 people out to pick up nails. By then it had snowed again. I was advised to call them in the spring to pick up nails! You just can’t predict this would happen, because you are painted a picture about their service being so great. I don’t blame the guys who are actually doing the work, but there supervisor is the one at fault. He is responsible for not making sure that the customer got what was sold to them. Happy with roof but not the mess they left.

I chose Clear Choice Home Improvement because the company offered to replace my entire roof for a fair and reasonable price, I would highly recommend this company too anyone looking to Improve their home or business. Very friendly and knowledgeable will hire agian.

The work was very good, they were on time, and we didn't have any problems. The roof looks good, and they cleaned up very well.

The project was done in the time frame stated in the contract, however, the contract work was not followed as outlined and has to be partially redone and rescheduled. The work that was done was done other than that was done well. Other projects we have had done by Clear Choice Home Improvements were done very well and we are very pleased with. We have had problems in the past with lack of communication and keeping us informed of the status of the project. I am also have a problem getting an answer or response to a drain issue, I am still waiting to hear back from my contract.

They were professional in all of their work from the time of arrival to finishing up. I have never seen a team of men work so efficiently in a long time. If Clear Choice is like this in all that they do, they will always have a good/ happy customer base.

New shingles and plywood underlay installed in 1 day. The workers arrived on time and were hard at work the entire time. Everyone I spoke to was polite and professional. Clean up was quick and thorough, dumpster was picked up early the next day. They made sure I knew exactly what to expect with both the project and the financing. I would definitely use them for another project.

I think they are a good company. They did an overall good job. I think the follow-up needs to have a little more care.

They were very professional and very polite. The onsite workers were very polite, professional, and did a very nice and clean job. I would definitely recommend them.

Would not recommend. The installers didn't have sufficient materials and installed anyway. The drip edge did not cover my entire roof edge, so it had to be reinstalled.

The job was not done correctly the first time. They didn't seem to have knowledge on the product. The people sent by Choice Home Improvement told me that the installation went great and that there would be no problems. Some shingles fell off. The next person who came to my home discovered that they did not take the plastic off the shingles so that they would stick together. Six months later, my problems are not resolved and I have not received an apology. They are difficult and I wouldn't recommend them.

Not sure. On the shingles the fell off, the nail holes were about 2 inches from the tar strip, so it makes me wonder about the total workmanship
