Communications regarding our contract was painfully challenging. The companies "contract format" fails to included specifications and details necessary to protect the customer. Also the inside manager did not handle making appropriate adjustments with addendums well at all. There was considerable pressure to start the project before addendums were completed. However, the final project is excellent, workers did quality work and materials are of the highest quality.. Ultimately we are please with the result. If you chose to use American Design just make absolutely sure you have everything carefully written and it is your final decision before you sign.

I would never recommend this contractor for any work. I would recommend the product, Owens Corning.

They are very professional, thorough, informative and worked efficiently. I am very satisfied.

Roof is wonderful, crew did a great job and worked really, really hard to complete the roof. Very happy with end product. I feel I paid a premium however, it was so worth the outcome and not once did I worry they would not finish or show up. The planning stages and communication of payment could be improved as I felt if I had not called as I did, I would not have been scheduled. The follow up on the warranty paperwork is lagging as well.

They were always willing to take care of any of my concerns and make sure I was satisfied. I am very happy with the work and would recommend them.

The sales representative, he kept me well informed and made sure that everything was going okay! It was very important to me and I was very impressed with his customer skills and how responsive he was! I would highly recommend All American Design Inc., to anyone!
