By doing such excellent work replacing my roof, Cloise & Mike earned this 5-star review, which I am delighted to write! From start to finish, from estimating to clean-up, Cloise & Mike did a world class job.

Justin is their ace estimator. He toured my property inside and out, and created a thorough, detailed diagram for ordering materials and for the foreman and crew to follow while working.

Jake and Cameron are the schedulers, and both were very easy to work with. Since I needed to complete four items (regarding gutters, fascia, chimney, and above the front door) to prepare for the roof replacement, Jake and Cameron were flexible in selecting a start date (in February 2025) that we all were comfortable with.

Bryan was the superb foreman, along with his lead assistant Sergio. When the “big day” arrived, Bryan and his crew were fully prepared and started on time. The crew worked very well together under Bryan’s exceptional leadership, and my new roof is beautiful and easily will outlast me – thanks to their professional craftsmanship skills.

To assist with the City of Bremerton permitting process, Chris (the operations manager) came on-site as needed (two separate occasions).

Upon completion, the crew did a remarkable job cleaning up – they left my property looking better than when they arrived!

Throughout the process, Cori and Tami provided solid office support. Everyone at Cloise & Mike is very good about returning phone calls and keeping the customer informed, and the entire team was very gracious in putting up with my many comments and questions.

Regarding price, Cloise & Mike are the “middle guys” – without too much effort, you can find roofing companies that are either cheaper or more expensive. Two of the things my father used to say to me while growing up were that “you get what you pay for” and “the quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.” Cloise & Mike is all about top quality, and they really fuss over the details – a strong indication of their high level of professionalism.

Brilliant from start to finish. I was in wonderful hands throughout this process. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and customer-first focused. The planning phase was informative and comprehensive, the logistics phase was well-communicated and proactive, and the install - well it was simply amazing. Stefan and his crew were on time, completely pro, kept me in the loop, and at the end of the day (yes they were done in one day!) the only sign they'd been there was the gorgeous new roof. I am thrilled. Recommend without hesitation - a roof is a major investment and if you want it done beautifully and proper, Cloise & Mike will come through.

I'm very happy with Cloise and Mike. Their employees were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their products and installation inside and out; from sheeting, underlayment, shingles, and venting. They give a lot of attention to longevity and perfect installation and their bid came in right in the mix of the other top roofers in the area and I think I got my money's worth. The roof is beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail, perfect even color, and precise cuts. They were communicative and professional. Elmer and his crew did an excellent job on site, communicated well, and cleaned up thoroughly.

Roofers were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They left the property clean and performed what appears to be quality work.

The crew arrived when they said they would, stayed on task and finished the job very quickly. Cleanup was a top concern and they were very good a keeping everything clean and tidy as well as protecting landscaping. Everyone was respectful and cheerful and it was obvious that they took pride in themselves and their service. Overall, a great value.

The sales person, Justin Whitney, was very pleasant to work with. I know a little about roofing as I did my previous house myself. What he explained about the good and the bad of the roof I felt was very truthful and accurate in relation to possible need of replacement. He did a thorough inspection inside and out, took lots of pictures and shared them with us as we talked. Great job! The installation crew, led by Jason H. was very good to work with. They got right to work and did the job within the expected time frame. They went out to their way to "improve" our pre-existing installation and explained to us why in relation to looks, flashing, venting and water proofing. They did a great job of keeping the area clean and tidy during installation. The installation looks very nice from the street. Great Job!
