I would recommend but I'm retired and not very social. I live alone and off the beaten path.

From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful, honest, and informative. They didn’t push products we didn’t need, they asked questions, listened to us, and provided services and information to help us make an informed decision.

This was a big job with some special challenges. Crew showed up and just went at it. I was impressed with how hard they worked. Also impressed with how clean they kept the work site. I am satisfied and would recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. I was in wonderful hands throughout this process. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and customer-first focused. The planning phase was informative and comprehensive, the logistics phase was well-communicated and proactive, and the install - well it was simply amazing. Stefan and his crew were on time, completely pro, kept me in the loop, and at the end of the day (yes they were done in one day!) the only sign they'd been there was the gorgeous new roof. I am thrilled. Recommend without hesitation - a roof is a major investment and if you want it done beautifully and proper, Cloise & Mike will come through.

I'm very happy with Cloise and Mike. Their employees were all very knowledgeable and helpful. They know their products and installation inside and out; from sheeting, underlayment, shingles, and venting. They give a lot of attention to longevity and perfect installation and their bid came in right in the mix of the other top roofers in the area and I think I got my money's worth. The roof is beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail, perfect even color, and precise cuts. They were communicative and professional. Elmer and his crew did an excellent job on site, communicated well, and cleaned up thoroughly.

Roofers were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They left the property clean and performed what appears to be quality work.

The crew arrived when they said they would, stayed on task and finished the job very quickly. Cleanup was a top concern and they were very good a keeping everything clean and tidy as well as protecting landscaping. The sales person, Justin Whitney, was very pleasant to work with. I know a little about roofing as I did my previous house myself. What he explained about the good and the bad of the roof I felt was very truthful and accurate in relation to possible need of replacement. He did a thorough inspection inside and out, took lots of pictures and shared them with us as we talked. Great job! The installation crew, led by Jason H. was very good to work with. They got right to work and did the job within the expected time frame. They went out to their way to "improve" our pre-existing installation and explained to us why in relation to looks, flashing, venting and water proofing. They did a great job of keeping the area clean and tidy during installation. The installation looks very nice from the street. Great Job!

Everything went well. The installation of the Owens Corning was superb thanks to the work of Elmer's crew. This was an experienced group. We had them do some extra work on our siding and without asking, they covered an open vent hole located high up on the second floor. The product warranty is the best available and their 20 year workmanship warranty will well cover any issues, of which we don't expect any. They were very friendly and professional. They left the property as they found it when they arrived, all extraneous materials removed. The job was done and finished on the dates scheduled.

Everything from sale to installation was wonderful. Our salesman Grant Beier was very knowledgable and patient as we worked through options. The installation crew was professional and knowledgable. Stefan's crew was great. In particular, Tim Spurger went above and beyond. During the installation I realized I hadn't checked to see where the bathroom vents vented out of the house. Tim offered to climb in the attic to check it out. He found that none of them were connected properly. He got the appropriate parts, added 3 penetrations through the roof, and connected the vents to them with the right tubing. The roof looks wonderful.

There is so much we are happy about Cloise and Mike. Starting with Grant the sales person. Who was very patient, responding, and explaining again and in different ways all our questions. No pressure or impatience any minute.Needles to say that because they had an opening for us few days after calling them, and having questions about procedures and other logistics, we had only his phone number and called him with that, at not working hours, but he was helpful assuring us it was ok we’ve had called his cell outside of working hours. We have to say the same about customer service, Cori, who took care of billing us, had always a great personality, making us feel comfortable and her pleasant attitude was noticeable.Our Forman assigned “Elmer”, was organized and in control and if you had a question, he was courteous, polite and not in a hurry. Every one was working hard, and in spite of being many working at once, they were quiet. Bryan who did the final inspection, was also very helpful and made sure the job was done right and to our satisfaction. We commented the vents position and how we would’ve preferred to have them placed different, but we’re not complaining, and he insisted in doing it the way we wanted. So, next day we had someone working on them.

They did a great job. Were quicker then we expected. Everything was cleaned up and looking great when they left.
