The people I worked with were amazing, and the end product is better than I could have imagined. I only wish I had done this sooner.

The in-home sales rep was very professional, gave great advice and ideas, arrived at the time that was scheduled. love the closets, they are beautiful. Also, the demonstration on the computer should me how the room would look after installation, I really liked that.

I had 2 different projects with you. The first was botched by the person that came out and the company. They tried to make it right by sending me shelves but they sent me white shelves for a brown closet. The second project was better that the first but when looking at rhe price, i didnt really get the discount advertised.

Overall the experience was good. We had a few communication issues but the product quality is good and we are happy with the wall bed.

The whole process was easy. The representative who first came out and took the measurements was very patience and knowledgeable of the product. Gave great suggestions and worked with us on the finance. Thumbs up and hugh smiley face.

Kory did a comprehensive rendering of the potential installation and we were able to view , critique and make some changes immediately to complete the overview . The actual installation did represent everything that I wanted to incorporate including drawers , large shelves as well as smaller cubby shoe size shelves.

The process was very quick and easy. I called and was able to get a designer out to my house the same day. The designer was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs. He was able to design an area (the office) that was exactly what we needed. The installation process was also seamless. The installation was finished within 4 hrs and the installer made sure we were content before he left.
