Closet America was easy to work with, listened to my ideas for the space and improved on them, install was quick and easy, and quality of the product is amazing. Very satisfied and will use them for more closets in the future.

We are still encountering problems with the new built-in shelves, but we hope to resolve them soon.

The communication was non-existent.

The installation team was wonderful, however, the rest of the process was frustrating. One of our closets was not built per our request and the solutions to fix the problem were worse than just settling for the error. Although it's a "local" company, every phone call I received from the company came from a different, usually out of state, phone number - I don't answer phone calls from unknown numbers so it was constant phone tag...

Everything from the consult to the execution of the work was professional and well done. The office team kept us informed and the instal team was on time and made sure any mess they made was tidied up and handled before they even showed us the completed work.

They give an excellent product if you want flexibility. They even give you 1 transfer of ownership if you sell your home. Overall good quality and customer service great.
