I have purchased 2 doors and nearly 30 windows over about 10 years and I have no regrets. I'm sure you could find a cheaper vendor, but this is certainly a case of you get what you pay for. It seems silly, but I'm still excited about my entrance door and it's been weeks since installation.

They did come back out to address it. Their professionalism and responsiveness were good. Everything from the sales side was good. I am hesitant about their workmanship. I need to be convinced again.

I was pleased with the quality, speed, and care that the gentleman took to put them in. The windows are excellent and have made a huge difference in my heating bill. The men put them in and took away all of the debris and cleaned up after themselves. That's very rare. I couldn't have been more pleased with the salesmanship, quality of the windows, and the installation. The pricing was very competitive as well.

A quick job by the crew, roof looks good, only 1 loose nail found after clean-up. When roofing materials were left in driveway, the 3 sheets of plywood were left uncovered and as a result of rain all the next day, plywood was bent and misshapened. took 3 days for crew to pick up dumpster which is too long a period of time.

The Salesmen and all workers were awesome, they appear to love their jobs, they were very polite and respectful, and they sided the whole house in a week!

I met with multiple window teams before finally selecting Coastal and while their products far surpassed the other companies I met with, it was also the people who made the experience so enjoyable. They did a very good job, and I was really pleased. They were all very nice fellows and did a wonderful job. I loved the storm doors, and it is such a relief to get them done. I have been trying for a year to get a storm door in the back. I got a whole new storm door, a front door, and a window in the attic. They replaced the front door, the back door, and the storm door that goes on the back door. The attic window had broken, and it was over 50 years old; we had to crank it open during the summer to let fresh air in, but it rotted away, so they replaced it.

Overall, we are very happy. The only problem was that they left when it was dark and in the daylight there were many little pieces of scrap all over the yard and driveway.
