Cobblestone homes listened to what we wanted with our budget and presented options to fit. Also presented ideas that we weren't aware of. The entire building process was very easy and enjoyable.

Already have ! Have friends that will be moving from out of state to the Bay City area in the coming year(s) and we shared our Cobblestone experience with them. We have also given Cobblestone contact info to people in the HOA who have friends considering to build in our community.

We currently own a Cobblestone home. We know the quality and talent the company is known for, and improved on over the years. We are still thrilled with our first Cobblestone home and know our next one will be loved as well.

We were told upon meeting with sales that particular items were included in all Cobblestone homes. 9 ft walls in basement, heating bills that will be equal or less then $50. 00/ mo or Cobblestone pays the overage for the first 3 years. We have asked for paperwork to have on file in regard to this more than once. Have never received it.

Absolutely, professional, caring staff

Although there were some delays in getting to the building portion of the project, the rest of the build went well. The design process was as pain-free as possible thanks to Marie. The communication from our lead builder, Brian, was excellent. We were not in the city during half of the process and it still proceeded smoothly.
