The technician was friendly, informative, and came across like he knew his job very well.

Lack of organization and lack of knowledge of the people showing up to do the work. Lack of coherency from CO to the office.

The duct cleaning was great but I wasn’t really happy with the construction clean, especially for the price.

The men did excellent work, were nice and friendly. And was safe from Covid-19 with the men who wore masks. Explained the work to be done.

I would say the two gentlemen that came did a fantastic job and were very nice & polite.

I had my wood floors done. They had wax build up and some rough areas. When the guys came for the estimate, they assured me that the floors would look nice even though they couldn’t get rid of the rough areas. I totally understand that. They cleaned the floors very well but the polish they put in it was very streaked and uneven and not done in the direction of the wood. I understand that there is wax build up but the polish still could have been done more even. It was like they rushed it and it needs one more coat.

They were very professional and it was fast and courteous service.
