Additional Comments - I have used Collis Roofing for many years for multiple properties. I am one to get multiple quotes and Collis is always within line if not one of the lowest. I always end up choosing Collis due to previous positive experiences I have had with them.

Chris, Kai and the team did a phenomenal job of maintaining communication, explaining every part of the process and were available for questions. The crew on the roof worked fast yet still provided quality service.

I appreciated that Chris took on the responsibility of reaching out to the insurance company for the follow ups regarding the extra materials needed for my roof that were not a part of the original estimate.

He took the time to remove the first install crew that did not follow the correct process, and they were working without covering my pool. Despite the extended time for Collis, Jim put my quality over the company time. I am not sure there is a monetary figure that could show the value Jim that he brings to the company and the customer.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I did not expect Jim to prioritize my work and the quality of the work over the company and their time. Getting rid of a crew because their work was not following code nor done to the Collis standards was refreshing to see.

The night before a hurricane came, Collis Roofing stayed to put a roof on my house. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I highly recommend Collis Roofing. We had paperwork issues when trying to obtain financing and also had issues getting our solar panels uninstalled and reinstalled. Through all of this, Ray Hiltz and the Collis team were very patient and professional. This is the second house that we have used Collis Roofing to replace our roof and they are a great team to deal with.

Additional Comments - This is the second home that we have owned and used Collis for the roof. Although we had moved from the house, 15 years later they called to check and see how our roof was doing. That doesn't happen anymore. We were happy about that.

I am a contractor, and one of the most important things I do is manage my client's expectations. Both the salesman and the crew chief kept me posted with pictures and explanations of everything they were doing. They were fast and took care of all of the necessary permitting. I could not have been happier with the overall service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Both projects went way over the estimate because of the underlayment, but I expected that with all the weather here in Florida. They were very good and very professional, and the crew was good. I was unable to be there at all times, but they would always say what they had done and what needed to be done to be finished.
