Both projects went way over the estimate because of the underlayment, but I expected that with all the weather here in Florida. They were very good and very professional, and the crew was good. I was unable to be there at all times, but they would always say what they had done and what needed to be done to be finished.

I had a great experience with Collis. As far as I can tell, the roof was done well. The people I came in contact with were all very friendly and helpful.

Clean - They did a great job cleaning up at the end of every day. They covered things to protect them - even tried to cover my little garden to protect it

Quality Of Workmanship - I feel like a corner was cut by not removing the gutters. Instead of the drip line being flat against the house, it is cut around the areas where the gutter is attached. I assume the inspector saw pics of that and was fine with it.

Schedule - They found out the first day that the pitch was steeper than expected and had to delay the start day. Not an inconvenience to us and might have been caused by erroneous info from the insurance company.

We still find some, but we expected to with the amount of work that was done. We appreciated their extra effort. I called soon after the job was done about 2 things to check.
