I do not like leaving negative reviews and have made several calls to give Collis a chance to respond, but my calls have gone un-answered. I was not happy with the finished result or the tar stains left on my house and nails in my yard/driveway following installation. The salesperson I worked with suggested I have a black eve drip and I agreed. Unfortunately, when I received the contract it noted a white eve drip and I didn't catch the error. Ironically the salesperson called me back to confirm an item that was listed as TBD on the contract, but didn't remember or mention that he had suggested and I had requested the black eve drip. The roof was installed when I was planning and attending my mother's funeral and I was not present to see the wrong color being installed. When I said something to the salesperson he simply blamed me for not changing the contract and offered zero remediation. I am still upset when I pull into my driveway and see the white eve drip.
My second concern, which is more serious, is that I have a leak in my new roof. Collis sent an inspector out to evaluate and he told me that the flashing had been damaged somehow and water was getting in and that Collis would make it right and fix it. This was in October. I have since called Collis and have never heard from anyone on the repair team to come and make the repairs. I understand that it is still a very busy time with damage from Hurricane Ian, etc. but am disappointed that I still have an active leak in my roof and have not received a return phone call. I hope that this review does not hurt my chances to get my roof repaired....

He's coming on 10/9.

After receiving four quotes and doing some research, we selected Collis Roofing for a very large roof replacement. Ken, the sales professional I worked with, could not have been any more helpful in attaining all the information we needed to follow through with our decision. Collis adhered to the schedule and took care of all requests, and the roof (and gutters) look fantastic. Not many in our neighborhood use Collis because of our location in New Smyrna Beach, but my guess is that they will start to do so more. We’ve gotten nothing but compliments about how well the roof turned out.
