I had a fire. They did an absolutely great job!

They dealt extremely well with the shortages caused by COVID-19 Pandemic.

They did a great job, but I wasn't aware that they were unable to complete the construction end of it. They were too understaffed, and five months later I still haven't found a contractor to finish. Had I known ahead of time they couldn't finish I wouldn't have hired them. My house is ripped up still.

The workers were slow with completing the work that they did do and charged high prices. I chose to have the repairs completed by another company.

Compleat Restoration came to our home for a consult. They confirmed that we did in fact have water under our flooring, but they never followed up to help us correct the problem or find a solution. They took photos and were going to discuss it with other team members before reaching back out to us about next steps. We never heard from them again until we got a bill for their consultation. My emails were not returned. It felt like a waste of time and $150 for the consultation fee.

Our experience with Compleat was very satisfying and pleasant! Compleat was very professional and competent, and we felt like we could trust them completely!

The work was done to my satisfaction. However, the project manager quitted towards the end of the project, and contact with the company became difficult. The billing was a nightmare, and there were various calls saying I was not in the system. I am satisfied with the completed project but dissatisfied with the communication.
