The installers did a great job and completed the job in less than a full day. My only reason for not providing a 10 score was the price. I think that $15m for a same day project was way over what what I had paid for a complete tile job in my last home 2 years ago.

They were very professional, involved me in the process to make sure everything was the right height, made sure everything was seamless between the remaining bathroom tiles and the new shower and cleaned everything up. This was all done in a day. I would recommend to anyone.

the kohler product is nice, but the workmanship is not. And I still haven't been able to get anyone out to fix the problem

Quickly became the most used shower in the house. Everyone we dealt w!th was prompt and courteous. The job was completed much sooner and in less time than they said i can't believe the improvement in asthetic and functional quality. Money Well Spent!

All went smoothly until we hot a little glitch and needed a plumber to move a pipe. They organized that in a flash and now we are so happy with this new shower. That old bathtub was too small and this has greatly improved our quality of life. No more banging toes on the bathtub! It now one big open shower with many shelves. Go for it w/o any hesitation!

The quality of the product is exceptional! The men who installed our new shower were mindful in protecting our bathroom and the area of the house where they had to go in and out. Towards the end of installation, the lead installer, always asked us where we wanted the special features we ordered before placing them. At the end of the install, he gave us full instruction on how to operate the shower heads and control the flow of water. The team you sent out was EXCELLENT 👍

I wouldn’t recommend based on the quality of the product I got

Installation was poor and the wall panels are damaged with scratches and gouges. Also caulking was slopping, had holes I had to repair and was smeared in a large area of the wall. The installer did not call me back when asked to to fix these issues. I do not recommend Rite Windows.

The cost was very high for our small shower.

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the time the installers left, we had an excellent experience. Professional, high quality service and products!

Lovely shower professionally installed in one day

no licensed plumber on the job, shower drain installed incorrectly, front door scratched, wrong showerhead. i am a licensed plumber,so i knew the drain was wrong.how many jobs have they done wrong and the average person has no idea?very expensive , so it should have been perfect.now i have to wait for a plumber to come and fix the drain.not very happy!!
