Contract Exteriors was very helpful throughout the large project of residing our home! Communication was great. Lucas did a great job keeping us informed about what was going on. Euginia was also a great help setting up the work schedule after some unforeseen delays!

Communication and transparency was great from the start and continued throughout the project. Work was efficient and completed well prior to expected date. Most importantly for us was that our yard was cleaned after each day of work so we could let our dogs out and not have to worry about anything.

My wife and I needed to replace the siding on our home, and because of water damage issues, we contacted Contract Exteriors, who came out and looked at the existing conditions. They looked at a set of drawings showing my vision, came back with a proposal and their view, and it matched my vision. They knew what I was looking for. Once we signed the contract, and it was completed, we were thoroughly satisfied with their work and their professionalism.

From the initial consultation to the completion of the work, I am very pleased with Contract Exteriors! Ryan did the initial consultation with me, quickly sent me a detailed and professional quote, and followed up efficiently without being pushy. Chuck was my project manager, also very thorough and professional! The dumpster/porto-potty/supplies were delivered a day early. There were a few small things the construction crew didn't do to my standard, and when I texted them to Chuck, he responded quickly and came out and fixed them himself. The billing side of everything was simple and easy to complete online. The dumpster got picked up later than anticipated, but Chuck communicated with me about it properly. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. Communication is key for me, and Contract Exteriors nailed it. I will absolutely refer them to friends and family.

The company did an excellent job in a timely manner in times of building boom, workers in short supply, and materials also in lagging, and or short supply, also. As in all building projects accidents may occur resulting in damage to screens, windows, fences, flower beds, etc. They are very diligent in pointing out these things and correcting them immediately at their expense. I did think the price was high, but you get what you pay for. I do believe I can look forward to decades of a quality finished Job. Greg Roonan, and Matt Kuzdrall are on the mark when it comes to balancing prep., disposal, construction, and clean up. Thumbs up Guys ! Looks great too, according to all of our neighbors . The project was supervised personally by the owne David Hamn. I had new siding Installed and my house looks like a new home. Many compliments from the neighbors. I was immediately impressed with how thorough the company was with explaining exactly what work would be done on my home. I had many follow up questions that were answered immediately. The workers were polite and professional and always found time to answer my questions. I am very pleased with my siding and the quality of work that went into making my home beautiful.

They did high quality work replacing my roof and working with my insurance company to do so making the whole process easy from the initial quote to finishing the job. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I would definitely do business with them again for other exterior projects as well!

Great job on a unique project where brick had to be taken off of our house from the second level and replaced with Hardie plank siding. Wil, the owner, is solid as a rock. And Kathleen in the office is etremely efficient for both the business and the customer, all while being incredibliy easy to work with throughout the process.

The technicians are very competent and organized.

There were problems with the siding crew, who turned out to be one man by himself. There were more men at first when they were tearing off the old work. But then only one man did the installation by himself. I was pleased with his work, I just felt bad for him.

They treated me very well. Some of my neighbors weren't having a great experience at the same time as myself, but I guess it depends on who you got. I had a good project manager. I had very good rapport with him and the crew. I'm very happy with the job I got. I was pleased.

They not only provided prompt and reasonable scheduling and competitive pricing, they also went to my home and tarped the leaking portion of the roof until they could begin the replacement job. The only problem was the job supervisor (Gage) did not show up at the start of the job. I was told he had the flu by the office staff. He should have called to let me know he would not make it. When I called to ask what happened I got a call back from Kathleen Morelli to inform me she would be right over and explained what happened to Gage. Kathleen worked with me and supervised the crew which were very hard working and experienced roofers. No other problems occurred and the roof looks great. The workers did a great job on cleanup also. I would recommend Contract Exteriors to anyone looking to put on a new roof.
