Fabulous experience from beginning to end!!

I thought the work was done quickly, and it seemed to be done well, but the price was very high.

Robert and Noah were great to work with. Designing our bathroom was a collaborative effort, and they were very helpful when it came to deciding on all the details and finding floors, counters, etc. that I really liked. They were also always responsive to my questions. All of the people who worked on the project were extremely professional and did excellent work. This is the third time we have used ContractingPro for a project at our home, and we have been happy with them every time.

This company was professional, quick, and accommodating our non-profit/clinic. They were willing to come in on a Friday and work through the weekend to ensure us being open on Monday morning. They were all great. The guys were great and did a great job. Joel, went above and beyond on a lot of things. He was very knowledgeable, answered a lot of questions, and fixed a few things that needed to be fixed. Hopefully everything is okay now.

I would recommend ContactingPro, I would caution friends and family to get a second option and a written estimate on any additional work needed and for the actual installer to look at the scope of work before they signed the contract. Our salesperson obviously did NOT know what he was doing. Roughly a week before the work was scheduled to begin a contractor showed up and we went over the scope of the job for the second time. Then a completely different contractor came to do the work but hadn’t been properly notified. Right hand didn’t know what the left hand was doing, IDK. I will say, that ContractingPro’s management team made things right after this snafu. I would tell family and friends to request that Lee Dillon do their installation.

Sam said he would come by during the process, he did not. No one that spoke English was here. What we had discussed about covering the wood to protect it, I do not feel was done. They did fix the damage and painted.

Once we able to meet face to face and discuss my project they follow-up through-out the proposal process and when ordered kept me informed of the status. Provided a delivery / install date and the project was completed that day with our full satisfaction.

My salesperson, Carlton Hamilton, did a great job. He followed up with everything that was supposed to happen. After the project was completed, there was one board that needed one nail, so he sent someone back out to put the one nail on the one board. I was very impressed, and I would go with ContractingPRO again and again.

From my first meeting with Noah Hinte until completion of our project to replace roof and siding, including painting, I was impressed with ContractingPRO's attention to what I wanted and why. Options were always clearly presented with appropriate detail for me to decide how to proceed. The affect of decisions on cost were always clearly presented and without overly zealous sales pitches. The roofers and siding crews were polite and considerate, and with the exception of damage to a highly valued native azalea, worked to limit their impact on our daily lives. The contract clearly noted that ContractingPRO cannot be held accountable for damage to plants. I am comfortable in knowing the cost for our project was fair and accurately reflected expectations based upon the approved contract estimate.
