6 years ago, I called on Copper Creek Construction for the complete renovation of a house that had been rented for decades, and that required major work. I was very satisfied with the service and entrusted them again with the modernization of my new house,

Always punctual and skilled on thei trade.

The quality and their workmanship is excellent. But, their planning is questionable. Getting their people to show up seems to be the problem.

Employees are courteous and respectful during fire cleanups and repairs. Work is done in a timely manner, except for State Farm’s lateness in paying the contractors — and asked homeowner to call The insurance Adjustor for assistance in insurance coverage in a timely manner.
The drapes and laundry vendors and Elevate Restire have yet to be paid by State Farm.

James, the contractor, was very easy to work with. He took my stress away from the whole project and made it a really simple process, especially with the insurance company. Lesley, the project supervisor, was amazing. She provided guidance and advice throughout the project. Any thing or any question we had, she answered right away and took care of business right away. They were really easy to work with. We were very fortunate to work with Copper Creek; they were amazing. They underpromised and overdelivered. They were a dream.
