I'd recommend with caveats based on our experience with Cornerstone Development.

The staff at Cornerstone has been helpful & responsive throughout our build process.

Excellent workmanship and communication in the building process. Very helpful and talented help, Jake lead engineer and Maddy with tons of help on design. All contractors we interacted with were nice and helpful too.

Although it took 2-3 months longer than we expected Cornerstone does quality work! But they need to beware of the timeframe because they do change

Building quality is excellent. Sales consultant was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Interior finish options were great - and we were allowed to provide our own items (some lights) if we didn't like the options provided. Andy and Sean were responsive to questions, took the time to explain anything we asked about. Construction timeline was adhered to. Absolutely no concerns or complaints!

The process from start to finish was very easy and I have told so many of my friends and brought them to the model to see how beautiful it is.

Overall a good experience. Would have been better with a review or two between option selection and final walk through. There is a significant time between selection and walk through that might be filled with visual presentation (live or computer animated).

The buildings are too close together. The buildings look farther apart over by the model. Where I am located the homes seem very close together.

I made a recommendation to a friend, and they built three buildings away from us in the Glen of Muskego Lakes

Building crews did a good job I did have an outside inspector look over my condo before closing and he said that the foundation people, Coello is the best in the area. That was great to hear!
