I am not likely to recommend Cornerstone Disaster Repair to a friend because they were terribly disorganized.
Very professional, work was done very well, Tyler has a very nice professional personality.
The project manager, Josh, is really awesome. They were really professional throughout everything.
When you use Cornerstone Disaster Repair, there is no such thing as a disaster.
Cornerstone Disaster Repair took care of my needs in a timely fashion.
New tub cracked again six months after installation. I don't know what they did but tub seemed great at first until six months later it has a crack in it at nearly the same place as the last one. They finished installing it and moved on before the inspector could approve it and now I guess I know why. Seems like they left an unsupported gap under tub causing too much stress in vulnerable spot.
I received respectful, prompt, complete yet concise information and response throughout a very long process.
Cornerstone Disaster Repair was very professional. They did a great job! I am happy with all the work done.
Robby, the head construction, was so great I gave him a bonus!
If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIFIC experience. They ended up COSTING us money because of the horrendous job they did. They did more damage to my home than fixing it.
Cornerstone Disaster Repair responded to everything that I sent them or questions that I had. They would call, text, or email me back.
I was very pleased with the end results of my house repairs.
This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever had.
We started the process before COVID broke out. We all had to revise schedules after the work had started and I think that provided problems for everyone. None the less I have tried to give honest responses to the questions and in summary, we are satisfied with the quality of workmanship. However, communication and scheduling could have been better.
It was a trying time for me and we had a tragedy at the house. They were tremendous.
Cornerstone Disaster Repair did not follow the insurance company estimate, but instead cut corners to save money. On the work that they actually did do, they made a number of mistakes, and the workmanship was poor. If you need a restoration contractor, DO NOT feel pressured to pick the first company that calls -- get multiple bids. Also, DO NOT sign anything until the insurance company and restoration contractor reach agreement on exactly what needs to be done, and at what price.
Cornerstone was incredible throughout the 5 months that they were rebuilding our home. All of the groups that they worked with were professional and made the rebuild as painless as possible. Robby the PM was the best-always answered any questions we had. Without a doubt would recommend.
Cornerstone Disaster Repair's management is great, but the execution of their plan was not good. I moved back in almost a year later, and things are still not complete.
DO NOT DO IT! From the beginning they lied, manipulated, gas lit and deceived—I’d be happy to direct message you over 6 months of minutely documented notes and correspondence outlining the above statement if you’d like—otherwise just take my word for it and save yourself your precious time, money and sanity. DON’T HIRE THEM!! Please let my loss be your lesson learned— I am out $44,000 and a full year of being displaced from my home.
Cornerstone failed to meet my expectations in the areas of timeliness, quality of work, and communication. Their contracted help showed up either unannounced, or not as scheduled. They were also unprofessional and rude. Additionally, a job that should have been completed in a couple of weeks took several months. Work had to be done, and then redone several times, in more than one category. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and would not use them again in the future, if a need were to arise.
Blake, our project manager, has been amazing as far as answering my questions, getting back to me, and contacting me right away if I have an issue. He really has been amazing.
We are really satisfied with the workmanship. The timeframe is a little slow, but their workmanship is excellent.
They were just great!
We had a major confusion when they took all of our stuff out of the house, but they fixed it right way. They stuck our stuff in the garage which didn't work because we were having to basically live out of our garage. We were on vacation when it happened and when we got back we saw it and let them know that it wouldn't work and they came back the next morning to repack it and take it away to another facility. They made a mistake because there was some miscommunication, but they fixed it right away and that was more important than the fact that they made a mistake.
They did an excellent job. Their communication was excellent. I have no problems with the work that they do.
