Cosmic Renovation people were very professional and responsive. A couple of minor problems found after the installation were taken care of quickly and professionally. Very happy with the new roof.

We used Cosmic Renovation & Roofing for our roof replacement (including skylights, gutter, attic venting, etc) for our house in Northern California (San Mateo). Their team was fantastic! Blake was our project manager and he ensured that the project was running on time, provided ideas / recommendations on colors and material, and was extremely helpful for a small side project (replacing our patio covering) that we included in the overall roof replacement. The company overall was extremely professional. Their quote and pricing were competitive and they were flexible on what should or shouldn't be part of the project. Their advice was on-point and demonstrated their knowledge depth (materials, color-combos, what is and isn't "worth it"). Additionally - whenever I had a question or a concern - they were extremely responsive, often showing up within hours of being called / contacted. Therefore, I would highly recommend their services and would use them again for future projects.

Cosmic Renovation & Roofing crew was very professional and performed their work properly. The company lacks in management and supervision. They did not adequately protect the exposed roof from rain even though the rain was in forecast. Their contracted crew didn't know how to deal with the water leak related damage. The contract stated that the price included up to 20% of wood work. But, they asked for extra $1000 for wood work that, in my opinion, should have been covered within the 20%. They also didn't coordinate with the city properly for inspections.

I'm still confused about what I actually received. The job was done from start to finish in just a couple of days. That could be good, but I'm still making amends to my neighbors for roofing materials left in their yards and the contractor left in concern for his pregnant wife, which I can totally understand, but where does that leave me?

Cosmic roofing went above and beyond to protect the gardens and to take down a reinforced chimney, which they did expertly. They cleaned everything up great. The supervisor, David, is highly responsive and very helpful and personable. I'd recommend them to anyone!
