They show up on time, do a superb job, and the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Office staff is always professional and accommodating, we recommend them to our friends all the time!

Employees Professionalism - Everyone who worked on moving boxes down a flight of stairs, cleaning carpet and office, etc for our office closing was amazing, nice and did a great job!!

CRBR sanitized a house for us that had been rented for 14 years to someone who was an avid “collector” who also kept pet dogs in the house.
Jill of CRBR assessed the situation and scheduled the cleanup: ozone treatment, sanitizing and sealing, coordinating with the floor ing contractor and the realtors.
We really appreciated this since we are a three hour drive away. The price was good also.

The workers are nice friendly and do a wonderful job they get the job done I'm a timely manner and I recommend crbr to lots of people

I always get my carpets cleaned by CRBR. They are all very polite in the office and the workers do an excellent job cleaning my carpets every time they come.

I've had more than one experience with CRBR. The nice fellow who cleaned my carpet did a great job. Previous experiences make me less likely to recommend CRBR.

Great People easy to work with!!

I was told my car was probably a total due to enamal-oil based paint spilled in my car. CRBR was suggested by a car dealer who wouldn’t even begin to touch or itemize the damage. I ended up having some parts replaced but it was not a total after CRBR finished their work.

I love the prompt response, quality work and professional conduct on both the technician and office personnel. Job well done!

CRBR was not able to remove the pet stain and I understand that was not a guarantee. The rug was cleaned almost eight weeks ago and it still does not lie flat after hanging from the rod when it was cleaned.

The Technicians went above and beyond our expectations in getting the Carpets Cleaned. We have older carpet and it has very specific traffic areas that I thought would be a challenge. But not for CRBR, they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with CRBR and have used them to keep our office carpets clean. Jill and Robi explained that keeping on a regular cleaning schedule will help protect the investment we made on the new carpet in our offices. They accommodate our schedule by coming in on Saturday when we are not open so that we do not disrupt our operations during working hours.

They were quick and professional. They even took extra care to make sure they did not drag the hose on the corners of my walls. The carpets were very clean and fresh when they were done.

I have used them for years but this year I was charged almost twice as much and the rug wasn't very clean. The delivery guy said "it was very dirty" That is why I called them and I know it can be cleaned better from previous years experience.

We again entered into a contracted estimate with CRBR as prepared by Trevor Deadmond for new floor coverings. I was directed to select materials at Big Foot in Chico and given a square foot charge to stay within. I did so, and the man who helped me make the selections was very nice and helpful. I saw that he (using a pencil) wrote "granite" on the piece of paper I had given him from CRBR. Within a week, received a call from "Wes" at Big Foot wanting to know if I could stop by the store and "refresh" his memory on which vinyl I had selected. We live 40 miles from Big Foot, so I talked him through where it was located and the design, color, etc. He claimed to have found it. The next day my husband and I went to Big Foot and I learned that "Wes" was not the salesman I had originally dealt with. This was after the original date to do the job was cancelled by Wes and I was told it would instead be the next week. The flooring I had selected was no longer on the premises and Wes, saying he would not call me a liar, insisted no flooring like what I was describing had been in stock there in the 15 years of his employment at that location. I had handled that flooring and knew Wes was lying to me, but I don't know why. It was the only pattern I had liked and had a commercial rating. My husband and I decided to cancel the contract, which CRBR's Trevor Deadmond did at our request.

We are very satisfied with everything they did.

I was shocked at how well the carpet came out after the cleaning. It was 30 year-old true Berber that hadn't been cleaned in a few years--every spot came out!
