What can I say other than this company is full of liars and scammers. On Nov. 19th CRDN came and took our textiles for smoke damage. The following week they had their own fire (due to arson). We were told none of our items were damaged what-so-ever. After weeks of being non-communicative, we had to battle to get our stuff back. We finally received back our things, but they were DIRTIER and SMOKIER then before, with random holes and stains. More importantly, we were missing over $18k in items (many of which they DID NOT PUT ON THEIR INVENTORY LIST). I am under the belief that these (suddenly missing) items were stolen, as they were the most expensive things we own and many were brand new with-tags. However, after voicing this concern they refused to addressed it. Did they pay us for these items? Sure. But it was NOT the full amount, we had to kick and scream for it, and it wasn’t until Jan. 30th that we were able to put this behind us.
Well, not really considering we had to bring everything we did received back from CRDN to a REAL restoration company who is actually going to clean our items properly. Thanks for doing absolutely nothing but wasting our time for 3 months.
Do not use this company. Ever.
