But one area that we were especially surprised with, was after they completed the work, they sent someone out to completely clean the house downstairs where all the renovations took place!! They also cleaned out every cabinets and drawers— definitely a first class act!!!

Additional Comments - We have used Creative for three major projects over the past 12 years. They do exceptionally beautiful work and stay with the job consistently.

Amazing at every level. You hear so many nightmare stories about renovations and awful contractors. We experienced nine if that. Professional, knowledgeable, considerate, meticulous, talented and pleasant to work with at every step of the way.

Budget

Budget - We were quite unrealistic in our initial budget, and so the quote for the job was substantially higher than what we initially planned to spend. In the end, it was completely worth every penny as Creative Contracting helped us completely transform a dilapidated and outdated place that we basically used to sleep in and store our stuff in when we went down to the Shore into a gorgeous home that I would be happy to entertain in and even live in as a permanent residence. My wife and I can’t believe it’s the same place!

Additional Comments - They stayed within the price quoted for the job. It was initially much more than we had planned to spend but we were also not very realistic given what we actually wanted and the level of sophistication we were going for. They were uniformly professional and kept us updated on the progress each week. The final outcome was simply amazing. Our condo was completely transformed. I would recommend them. They were GCs' for a bedroom renovation and various things throughout our house and updating and upgrading our house. They do good work. Their prices are reasonable and they're responsive. I'd give them an A overall.

They were quick. They were courteous. They were efficient and the job looks fine. So, everything worked out really well. I had a crack in the side wall of the house in the foundation so they cleaned it up and patched it up. Everything's fine. I would give the overall experience an A. Their customer service was fine, actually very efficient.

Creative Contracting were very helpful, very willing to work with me, and overall it was good. It was just an overall general remodel. I would give the experience an A+. Overall, I was very happy. I would recommend them.

They did a porch for us. I liked how he described what he was going to do and how to get it done efficiently. I thought he was pretty much on the ball. I'd give them an A- overall.

The owners actually come and meet. They're very personable. It wasn't just through their employees, but we got to talk and all that with them as well. So that was good. They did a kitchen and after we had them do a bathroom. Overall, I would give them an A.

Their accessibility made it positive. When you're working on a big project, you want to be able to get a hold of someone and schedule meetings and get a response and they're really good about that. It was more of a carport expansion with a second-floor addition over the garage. So, it was more of an addition. I would give them a B+. Their quality of work was good. I'd be very likely to recommend them.

Creative Contracting exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with our completed home construction project. The team at Creative Contracting worked cohesively together to ensure the project ran smoothly throughout the entire "end to end" process. The Design/Build process removed the burden and cost of working with separate architect and made the entire process easy and streamlined. We could not be happier with their work, which was completed ahead schedule, and highly recommend their services.

They did an excellent job. They did a complete remodel of a cottage that I did. It took a couple of months. They did everything—a bathroom, a kitchen, an installation of a gas fireplace. It was a huge job.

They do excellent design and excellent quality. The last job they did for me was a fireplace installation with a TV above it. It was clearly an A.

I liked the design. Bob gave us some ideas for things we would have never thought of, and I was really impressed by that and he stood behind his work. Our kitchen, we had our kitchen redone. I would give them an A. It's been a year but they could have done some stuff better.

I did have a positive experience initially. They were friendly, on time. They were doing additions and finishing basements and things like that. Overall experience I would say a C. They could have done some stuff better.

There were some pluses and minuses. I think the last project they did, it just seems like overall I think it was just certainly overpriced for what they did and it just took, they really just dragged their feet when they got toward the end of the project. They were basically redoing a bathroom. I think I'd give them a C. A lot of times they had to come back and fix things or do things over again. Once it was completed I thought it was actually very good, once they got there. I guess the last, maybe third of the project it just seemed like it took longer and longer for them to come out and get a crew to finish the job.

I just wasn't satisfied with the way the job was done, and I wouldn't recommend them. The owner never came out and saw the job. When it was done, he had one of his technicians doing it. He did the best he could, but we wound up having it redone. We were just not happy at all. Our neighbor recommended him and was happy. We were just kind of unhappy that the owner never showed up even to review the job when it was finished and then about two weeks after it was over he said, oh I'll come out and look, well oh it's too late now. They were doing a bathroom, this little single vanity, like a half bath. We had other neighbors and they were very happy. They had an extensive job done. We had a very small job so whether that just didn't warrant them to be as concerned or diligent in looking at the job.

The quality of their work was excellent. had a vanity replaced and sinks in the bathroom. I'd give them an A.

They were just really professional and on time. The work was done quickly and looks great. They were helping close off a wall in our basement. They also repaired a ceiling issue we had in our family room and did some painting for us in a bathroom. Everything turned out great. It was almost a year ago now, about a year ago. I'd give them an A.

I liked everything. From beginning to end, they were really great. We didn't wait long to get the estimate. Once we approved the estimate, everything went smoothly. We chose all the things that we needed for our new kitchen, and everything just happened really timely and really well. The work was excellent with no complaints.

They clean up after themselves each day when they leave, so I have no problem. They've been very good for us. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did the work that we contracted without any delays. Often, contractors they don't show up when they say they're going to, so just the fact that they showed up when they were supposed to was good. They were competent and did the job to my satisfaction. They were remodeling of my kitchen and family room. I would give them an A.
